Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

Nettes Personal aber Zimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard

Mitten im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage

Cons:

Zimmer sind Alt keine Klimaanlage was bei diesen Temperaturen kaum auszuhalten war. In die Jahre gekommen. Dafür dann eigentlich zu teuer

Mooi centraal om Maastricht een weekend te verkennen.

Het hotel was qua hygiëne in orde, alleen de kamers waren gedateerd en hebben absoluut niet de waarde van 4 sterren, bv. de badkamer waar je in bad moet gaan douchen is in mijn ogen not done, ik denk dat een verbouwing hier wel op zijn plaats is

Jammer van t zwembad

Personeel was erg vriendelijk , het ontbijt was super

Het was een hele warme dag en s nachts was t bloedheet op de kamer omdat de airco niet naar behoren werkte

Toen we tegen de avond naar het zwembad wilde gaan bleek dat dit was gesloten die dag omdat er iets aan was jammer want daarvoor hadden we dit hotel geboekt dit hadden ze bij inchecken wel mogen zeggen en zelfs een kleine vergoeding tegenover kunnen staan

Mooi pand vlakbij het centraal station op loopafstand van het centrum. Aardig personeel, ontbijt was goed, fijn om te kunnen parkeren (en opladen) direct onder het hotel.

Cons:

Het hotel is van binnen matig onderhouden (o.a. smoezelig tapijt) en onze kamer was niet schoon (haren op verschillende plekken, wastafel en toilet smoezelig, vlek in laken). Niet wat ik had verwacht van een 4-sterrenhotel met kamers van deze prijs, en ik zou hier dan ook niet nog een keer verblijven.

Was ere helaas niet, terwijl wij daar eerder enkele keren zijn geweest

Fijn verblijf in Maastricht.
Pros:

De locatie. T.o. het station.
Leuke buurt ook wel.
De grote kamer.

Cons:

De matrassen.Te zacht, kreeg last van mijn rug.
De grote kamer. Ontzettend veel loze ruimte. Had wat meer ‘opgevuld’ kunnen worden.
Het kleine beeldscherm van de tv. Te klein voor een kamer met deze omvang.
