Important information:

Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

All the rooms have climate control, no airconditioning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Es waren 2 sehr schöne Tage in Maastricht 😊🥰
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen… 10 Min zur Brücke und schon ist man in der sehr sehenswerten Altstadt

Cons:

Das Hotel / die Zimmer könnten etwas neue Farbe gebrauchen, … und das Frühstück ist für 21,-€ sehr einfach und wenig einfallsreich.

Der zweitägige Aufenthalt im L‘Empereur hat den Konzertbesuch perfekt abgerundet.
Pros:

Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um einen „altehrwürdigen“ Bau, der seinen eigenen Charme hat. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist sicher nicht neuwertig, aber gut gepflegt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich und nicht einmal die Wartungsfugen waren verschimmelt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Jüngeren sind zumindest rudimentäre Englischkenntnisse hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und es wurde bis zum Schluss immer nachgelegt.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer wäre ein Kosmetikspiegel und etwas hellere Beleuchtung am Spiegel hilfreich.

Für ein langes Wochenende , Ok .
Pros:

Lage - super , Frühstück - Super , Rezeptionistin " Rommy" sehr nett und bemüht .

Cons:

Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen , Preis / Leistung könnte aufgrund des alters des Hotels günstiger sein da die Zimmer leider alt und Bad und wc nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und ( ;-) sauber ?

Ons bed was prima

Cons:

De staat van de hotelkamer, oud en muf.
Warmwatervoorziening was slecht, het is een oud gebouw waar weinig onderhoud wordt verricht. Dat blijkt uit o.a. de installaties, vloerafwerking en schilderwerk

Overal goed met hier en daar een paar puntjes
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk denkt mee en gewoon ronduit gezellig

Ik genoot van het bankje in het raam ik zat daar meestal als we in de kamer waren

Cons:

Het viel ons op dat de vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer wat verouderd is en los zit ( rimpels) en het begint er wat verouderd uit te zien ( likje verf doet wonderen denk ik) maar het was voor ons niet storend we hebben goed geslapen.

Localitzacio. Molt proxim al centre i tranquil.

Cons:

- Per la categoria del hotel, el minibar no té ni una ampolla d’aigua de cortesia.
- Horari d’esmorçar restrictiu i per encarrec d’hora.
- No disposa d’aire condicionat, sols en el bar.
Varem exposar la queixa i la resposta fou “control climatic??”.
Ens van oferir un ventilador de peu, i posibilitat de canvi d’habitacio l’endema que ningu va dir res mes.
- El preu no es correspon amb l’oferta i confirmacio rebuda del propi hotel 737,98€ i em pagat 816,88€. (Confirm.1017499293)
No es un establiment de quatre estrelles !!!

Ik heb een zeer prettig verblijf gehad en ben erg tevreden.
Pros:

Heel erg tevreden over al het personeel. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect. Kamers zijn ruim. Ontbijt is erg veel keus.

Cons:

Waarom ik geen 10 heb gegeven is omdat er op bepaalde plekken zoals tapijt toch wel toe zijn aan vervanging.
