Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

All the rooms have climate control, no airconditioning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cons:

- Zwembad was dicht toen ik wilde zwemmen na drukke dag
- tafels van ontbijt vies, toen ik er wat van zei werden tafels rondom wel schoongemaakt maar eigen tafel niet
- om 8u ‘s ochtends scrambled eggs al koud en veel eten al op, 2 jammen en chocopasta op. Geen lepels bij de yoghurt
- schimmel bij de badrand in de badkamer

We had a very large room which was great! And location was ideal as we were using trains & buses to get around which were both just across the road. Very friendly & helpful staff.

まあ満足、再訪時もここにします。
Pros:

駅前にあり、旧市街にも歩いて行けて、MECCにもバス1本。かと言って、マーストリヒト駅がそんなに大きな駅ではないので、騒々しくはない。朝食も良かった。

Cons:

全体的に設備が古めで、掃除は今ひとつ。でも、不潔というほどではない。

O café da manhã estava bom, porém 01 hora antes de encerrar o horário, já estavam faltando muitas coisas como ovos, frutas, iogurte…

Cons:

Paguei por um quarto e a rececionista me deu um quarto bem inferior e quando fui reclamar ela achou ruim.

Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Ik was de hoofdboeker en had 2 kamers en een garage plek gereserveerd. Bij berichten werd steeds de verkeerde naam gebruikt en bij aangeven zou dat gecorrigeerd worden. Het was een chatbot helaas.Toen we aankwamen werd er gezegd dat de garadeplek niet gereserveerd zou zijn terwijl ik dat wel bevestigd had gekregen. Bleek dat het niet op mijn naam maar op de naam van de 2e kamer stond en dus onder de verkeerde naam. Dit vindt ik niet kunnen na meerdere malen aan te hebben gegeven dat ik de hoofdboeker was en het gecorrigeerd zou moeten zijn. Chatbots zijn onpersoonlijk en lossen schijnbaar niets op in het systeem zelf. Beter een chat met echt personeel

Ligging van het hotel is super , wel gedateerd.
Pros:

de locatie is top ! Met name voor congres in MECC, ideaal wat betreft ligging.
Ook goed qua ligging ten opzichte van de stad.

Cons:

De receptie was wel ok, maar kan veel beter/vriendelijker.
Het inpandige zwembad : dat is echt niet meer van deze tijd, verouderd en niet uitnodigend.
Sowieso een nogal gedateerd hotel, is wel aan renovatie toe, kamer met veel kleine beschadigingen, dat maakt een slordige indruk en hiermee prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet ok.

Een kamertemperatuur van 28 graden was zeer oncomfortabel.
Pros:

Goede ligging tegenover het station.

Cons:

Airco werkte niet. Het was zeer onaangenaam rond de 28 graden in de kamer. Om energie te besparen heeft het hotel de airco uitgeschakeld. Door de ligging tegenover het station maakte het slapen met een open raam de kamer zeer rumoerig.
