Didn’t happen and left me out of pocket by £250 after being refunded the room fee

Overall stay was okay .
Pros:

Property is ideal location stopped there a few times

Cons:

Booked a double bed on arrival given my key and when to my room it was 2 single beds asked if they could swap and was told no

When I went back to my room searched that hotel for double beds 2 available when I booked there was 3 . This is the 2nd time the same night man as done this to me .

Lovely staff, lovely rooms and nice big comfy bed
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, nice and big size. Quiet rooms which was amazing after long hours of driving.

Enjoyable
Pros:

I spent a couple of nights there on business, the stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and adequately equipped and quiet, the staff were very friendly, and I need to praise the reception customer service, which was always very polite and ready to help.
