Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with most of the city's main attractions within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited, tables were often left uncleared, and the staff seemed inattentive. Although two fully automatic coffee machines were available, they do not produce the same quality as a professionally operated espresso machine. The latter was supposedly "out of order" every morning during breakfast, yet it was fully operational during lunch service. This felt misleading, and a more transparent explanation would have left a much better impression.

Nice location, service leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Great location and the public parts of the hotel were really sharp. The reception staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Our bathroom was dirty. Long black hair all over the floor and shower. In the economy room we could hear every flush of water from adjoining rooms. It was also near impossible to get served at the empty bar. The bar staff would just walk off and not come back for long periods of time. We eventually just left.

La recepción, hay un par de personas no tan jóvenes que no atienden al los clientes nada bien, en especial una mujer que no escucha y que en vez de ser dulce parece militar. Así no.
