El excelente trato del personal.
Se desviven por hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible. A nosotros se nos rompió el carrito del bebé e inmediatamente nos prestaron uno sin pedírselo.

La filtran allí y no tiene un sabor muy bueno, pero es una minucia comparado con la maravillosa estancia que pasamos allí.

Cet hôtel frôle la perfection ! Le personnel très professionnel, l'emplacement, la propreté, chambre insonorisée et face à l'océan, bonne literie, les 4 restaurants raffinés en particulier le Japonais et l'Indien, et le coco beach ( 50% sur les boissons entre 17h et 18h) les espaces verts, les plages et le plus l'accès par navette aux îles Mangenie et aux Cerfs...Cerise sur le gâteau, l'hôtel a coupé l'électricité de 11h00 à 13h00, pour ce désagrément un barbecue sur l'île Mangenie a été proposé aux clients à titre gratuit.
Deux piscines dans l'établissement dont une chauffée. Pourquoi ne pas chauffer celle réservée aux adultes la plus fréquentée ?

The hotel is set up in a way that you don't feel how many guests are there as there are many pools scattered between the houses and also the beach is very streched.
Not to forget, this golf course....wow... will definitely be back for some more rounds of golf!!!!
Our room was rather outdated and humid, there was also mould which was immediately taken care of after we mentioned it.
The breakfast was rather disappointing for the standard of the hotel. For sure there was a great choice of food but compared to other hotels we have stayed at during our Mauritius trip, it did not level up.

Rien du tout
Le cadre de cet hôtel est exceptionnel, les espaces sont suffisement grands pour ne pas sentir « les uns sur les autres ». La vue sur Le Morne offre un paysage spectaculaire, c’est vraiment LE meilleur hôtel à Maurice que je recommanderai en priorité. De plus, nous avons été surclassé pour une chambre plus proche de la vue mer.
Mon seul regret est ne pas avoir choisi la formule demi-pension ou all inclusive car les consommations sur place sont assez chères et je ne recommanderai pas de sortir de l’hôtel car il me semble qu’il y a très peu d’options à l’extérieur.
A reggeli fantasztikus volt, frissen facsart narancslé és kókusz víz korlátlan mennyiségben. Fantasztikus volt. Le morne régió a legszebb szerintem a szigeten és a Brabant hegység lábánál nyaralni még azon belül is a legjobb. A szállás rengeteg vízisport lehetőséget biztosít a vendégeknek, amelyek közül elég sok pl wakeboardozás, vízisíelés szintén benne van a szállás díjában. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
