Room was very clean.
Staff and food in the restaurant. Chinese food was the worst I have ever eaten. Giant balls of dough. It was like eating food from the 1970’s. Because we arrived late we ordered takeout from the restaurant in the hotel. No utensils or plates were provided. I had to go back down and get some. The young woman immediately said it was not her fault and it was the kitchen staff’s error. I don’t care whose mistake it was. Not the correct customer service answer. Laying blame on the kitchen staff’s was not my concern.

The bedding was clean.
The hotel smells, especially the hallways. I am not sure if it is musty, or what but it is quite strong. The plank floor was lifting, chipped and extremely noisy. I caught my socks in a few boards. It sounded like elephants walking around. It looks much better in photos.

It looked very tired worn down the room was very loud. The air conditioner kept coming on and off and the TV wasn’t working properly and it didn’t help that we were really close to the elevator room 322.

9-9:30am house keeping banging on door for room service. Then the shouting of “laundry” followed by a big bang numerous times all before 10am, woke me up at 9am from the knocking, yelling and thumping.

J'aurais aimé que le restaurant Carnation soit ouvert. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h45 et il était fermé, pas moyen de commander. Nous avions faim après cette longue route, alors nous aurions aimé avoir un repas simple à manger dans la chambre...

Very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast included, and a pool. Close off of the highway.
Nothing really, a little dated, but everything we needed
Room was well maintained, HVAC was quiet, washroom door fit well and did not creak. The USB and plugs on the nightstands were very convenient. Free breakfast was very good.
Guest above us moved around all night and had very heavy steps. This interrupted our sleep frequently. Not much could be done about this.
