Suited our travel needs 100%.
Pros:

The room was spotless, well equipped and quiet. The bed & pillow were comfortable.
The Colonial Inn is in an excellent location for us as we travel from NY to New England. It is close to the highway, yet quiet at night. Plenty of places to find breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Pros:

Convenient location, about 10 minutes drive from downtown.

Cons:

The AC was extremely loud and kept turning on and off all night. It was very hard to sleep with loud ac noise. Also, the next-door guests were having a fight and were shouting all night. We could not sleep with all that noise. Barely got any rest both nights of our stay.

Pros:

Room was clean and the bathroom shower was great!

Cons:

Definitely the mattress could of been better! Mattress seems really worn out even had a dent from the amount of people I'm sure who's been in room.

Perfect for a base for exploring the area
Pros:

Room was clean with fresh towels and soap, shower gel etc. Quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants., Complimentary Coffee, tea and pastries available in reception. Friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing to report here, the inn was basic as expected with no frills. Clean and comfortable
