This hotel is my first choice to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Very clean, polite staff, excellent location between shops and restaurants and exchange centres…etc.
They have very helpful staff, one of them really helped me resolving issue with a taxi driver, my regards to this hero Me. Jalal (Celal).

Perfect time in a very nice hotel
Pros:

Everything was very good: room, breakfest and the swimming pool at the terrace. Localisation almost near to the metro station. Helpful personel!

Istanbul is amazing with bad Ramada plaza
Pros:

Nothing good, bad service with reception, they r using useless point of sale which declined cards so many times but in back r accepted with bank and deduct the amount from the credit card and when i asked them for the receipt they said we cant print them we have problem with that point of sale.

Pros:

We chose this hotel because we had stayed there two times before, so we knew that everything was going to be ok. Breakfast was great. The rooms are big and clean (thank you, Elif). The windows are really good, we did not hear the noise, although the traffic was busy even during the night. Public transport just across the street (subway and bus), which is a big plus. Everybody was very kind and friendly (reception desk, restaurant, cleaning ladies). We will definitely choose this hotel next time we visit Istanbul.
