Awful service in a mediocre hotel

Very bad service.

It took them half an hour to bring my luggage upstairs upon checkin. Very difficult to access reception desk during the night and to find the right numbers. Housekeeping staff speak only Turkish. And above all, they took one of my favorite shirts which had immense sentimental value to me with the linens and when i told them to look for it within the same day, they told me they couldn’t find it anywhere. Complete lack of accountability and monitoring systems. They couldn’t find a t-shirt within few hours of their staff mistaking it. They are not interrogating even their staff or washing company. And they only said we can offer you a massage or sth as compensation. Absolutely disgrace! Never coming back again until they get my t-shirt. I’m staying in 5 hotels a month, being a genius 3 level member, and I never had to go through this ever until I stayed with this disgraceful hotel.

جيدة لاكن ارجو عدم الاستغلال للناس وتكبيدهم بمبالغ اضافية على كل شيئ

الغرف البريميوم واسعة ومريحة ولكن الفندق قريب من المحال التجارية لاكن ليس قريب على الاسواق تحتاج مواصلات لكي تصل الى الاسواق

موظف الاستقبال حاول ان يضيف على المبلغ والتحايل على حجز البوكينج وتغيره حسب رغبته وايضا في البداية عند وصولي الى الفندق قال لي انه سوف يعطيني الغرفة قبل وقت الوصول ولكن لم يصدق وقام بطلب مبلغ اضافي لكل غرفة 65$ على استلام الغرف مبكرا
الاستغلال لموقف السيارة وتم دفع مبلغ 750 ليرة تركية ولم يعلموني انه موقف ليس مجاني
