Pros:

I always choose this hotel whenever I’m in Istanbul, especially when I come for shopping as the location is perfect. The staff were very welcoming and kind, they even surprised us with a cake for my sister’s birthday. Many thanks to the whole team for making our stay so special ❤️

The hotel did not have a parking lot, and finding a place to park was a real problem. The service was also very poor and basic, definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the service and facilities were far below the standards of a 5-star hotel.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean, thanks to the housekeeper, Nimat. She deserves 10 stars for her work. The hotel also has modern furniture.

Cons:

They charged us for listing one adult per room, even though we are a family and each room accommodates two adults. We stayed at another hotel, and they didn’t charge us for listing an adult in each room. I didn’t like the way they handled this with us.

Pros:

Location is great, metro next to the Hotel, Rumele çadesi, Nişantaşi few metres away superb for shopping.
Swimming pool was wonderful for the kids.
Staff were amazing from the reception to the porters and the cleaning lady Elif hanim was amazing 5 star cleaning.
Breakfast Buffet was really nice and great varieties.
