My stay was below expectations. The room was quite narrow and uncomfortable, with poor AC and ventilation. I also experienced mosquito bites during the stay, and the shower gel was not refilled properly.
The hospitality at the lobby could be improved, as we did not feel properly welcomed or treated with the expected courtesy.
The taxi arranged by the hotel was also disappointing. The driver charged us excessively, including two-way toll charges, and the experience ended with an argument.
Due to an emergency, I checked out one day earlier. I am not sure about the refund eligibility, but I hope the management can review this matter fairly.
Overall, I request the hotel to improve room comfort, housekeeping, pest control, staff hospitality, and the taxi arrangement process.

Conforto do quarto, distância do metrô, atenção dada pela equipe do café da manhã e da limpeza dos quartos (Elogio especial à Ayse) que sempre foi muito solicita e educada.
Achei a comunicação com o atendimento da recepção um pouco difícil. Eu estava numa situação de ter acumulado três reservas seguidas. O hotel disse que eu não precisaria fazer checkout para troca de quartos e que juntaria as três numa única. O meu cartão de acesso ao quarto foi bloqueado duas vezes, sendo que na primeira vez a pessoa que me atendeu insistentemente perguntava se eu tinha pago para estar lá, toda vez eu respondia que sim e que eu tinha os recibos de pagamento e ele ignorava e tornava a perguntar a mesma coisa... Outra coisa que achei ruim, mas é apenas uma opinião pessoal minha, achei o quarto muito escuro e com iluminação insuficiente.

Прекрасное расположение, отличные завтраки, чисто, при заселении попросили чтобы номер был повыше и на менее шумную сторону и нам дали номер, что действительно не было слышно ничего, что вовсе не в самом центре
Номера требуют легкую косметику, но не совсем уставшие

The location is great and close to everything
One of the staff was really rude with us regarding our request for the early check in, but his colleague was nice he was trying to help us.
The room was super small I didn’t feel like it’s 5 stars we were staying at first floor so there was noise because of the bar next to hotel they weren’t fighting all the night we couldn’t sleep well, they weren’t cleaning the room everyday although we requested.
Also there was a problem with the water leaking from the toilet to the room.
