Pros:

Quarto confortável com cama excelente, além disso tem Tv smart, limpeza eficiente.
Boa localização, com roof top bem agradável

Cons:

O chuveiro não regula direito, fica alternando entre quente e frio durante o banho, o que incomoda.
piscina com muita criança fazendo bagunça (jogando água para cima) e a piscina seca.

Amazing location, great hotel!
Pros:

My room is close to toproof bar and restaurant, the party time very noisy during evening and kitchen work and smell in the early morning time was also annoying.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, right on the beach front in Copacabana. Front desk during check in was super friendly and lots of advice on what to do and see. Breakfast was just amazing, we were at the rooftop and the views were amazing. The team that looked after us were lovely and professional,Alice in the kitchen was very attentive, João looking after the floor was very professional. Loved it

Ok if you want near the beach but not what you expect, for the price certain things should be included like water or cof

After paying almost 10,000 reals they still charge you for milk powder for coffee, I think the value for money wasn’t there.

Talvez da localização, mesmo assim não acho que compense as deficiências desse hotel.

Cons:

Primeiramente, não é 5 estrelas (talvez 3). Todos os hotéis dessa rede Accor estão sucateados e é decepcionante, me parece estar indo à falência. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido de forma nojenta, e a água alagou não o banheiro como também o quarto… péssima experiência! O hotel é velho e parece um “puxadinho”. O café da manhã é fator, porém de péssima qualidade. O atendimento do senhor que fica na chapa/tapiocas é terrível (o cara despreza sua presença na cara dura pra não trabalhar). Show de horrores total! O que salva é a simpatia de alguns funcionários, é só. Não recomendo fortemente!
