Ottimo per brevi soste
Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere l' aeroporto ammesso che non sia troppo presto la mattina altrimenti si paga molto per fare 5chilometri in taxi. Personale molto gentile anche se non di madrelingua. Stanza pulita e con mobilio nuovo.

Pros:

Ako dolazite osobnim vozilom imate parking uračunat u cijenu smještaja, postoji rampa i video nadzor tako da ste sigurni ostaviti vozilo. U blizini smještaja imate javni prijevoz. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno. Check-in je moguće napraviti od 0 do 24h. Soba je bila čista, ali pokrivač je imao mrlju za koju ne znamo je li neopran ili je fleka koja se ne može skinuti tako da ga nismo koristili.

La posizione per i mezzi pubblici vicini

Cons:

Lo staff non parlava bene italiano e non ha risolto il pbl. La scarico del wc (camera tripla 106) non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto usare il secchio per scaricare, questo per riportare la conclusione delle due notti. Il pbl è stato evidenziato il pomeriggio appena arrivati e non hanno fatto nulla, neanche il cambio camera e nemmeno un venirci incontro come scontistica. Nonostante la nostra pressione fatta la mattina del secondo giorno, abbiamo ritrovato il pbl quando siamo rientrati la sera, solo dopo le 20 ci è stato offerto il cambio camera ma abbiamo rifiutato perché ormai non avevamo più voglia di spostarci visto l' orario.

Personal hablaba muy poco italiano, más o menos inglés nada de español, el aire acondicionado solo se podía prender y apagar no se podía seleccionar la temperatura.

Very disappointed!
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Not even worth it for a nigh.

Our room was falling apart, a lot of broken things.
We had no hot water, we called reception, they came to check and they did not fixed it so we couldn’t shower.

We payed the late check-out and at 10:30 they were calling me to do the check-out so they didn’t even check.
Breakfast for 7€ per person not worthy, better to go to the bar in the corner.

And after all this, they did charged us 5€ coffe…

Not recommended!

Good location if you are flying out of Venice

Cons:

The shower head was held in place by a string from the ventilation. The air condition did not work. Sounds from the hallway goes directly into the room, no door isolation. Weird rules about leaving the access card and remote?
