Italiaanse sfeer, comfort en gastvrijheid van een topniveau!
Pros:

De locatie was adembenemend, zoveel rust en authentieke schoonheid in de natuur maar ook in de verschillende panden. We waren zo aangenaam verrast! Ook het personeel was zo behulpzaam en vriendelijk, Karen in het bijzonder: erg bedankt!
Dan nog het voortreffelijke ontbijt en diner, zo puur allemaal. Echt een ervaring die je niet mag missen. Als laatste nog de massage: geweldig! We waren na 4 nachten echt herboren!

Cons:

Alles was echt geweldig, maar het bed was echt aan de harde kant.

Een “trip down memory lane” en die beviel weer prima

De prachtige locatie.

Cons:

Het diner was niet van de kwaliteit die we gewend waren toen we het hotel in de 90-er jaren van de vorige eeuw en begin deze eeuw regelmatig bezochten. Het was deels onze smaak niet maar deels ook niet lekker, zo was de steak Well done gebakken terwijl we medium vroegen en nogal droog van smaak.

Stunning location
Pros:

It’s an absolutely beautiful location with trails for a nice walk. Our room was upgraded to an elegant suite. Great breakfast that we and other guests ate outside on the lovely terrace with stunning views despite a little bit of rain.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was a disappointment. The restaurant staff is very friendly, but the food was not good, service sporadic (though always friendly), and management was not friendly regarding dissatisfaction with the meal. We were not the only guests dissatisfied that evening. One guest ordered the eggplant, which was partially roasted in the oven and nothing else. We ate here years ago and it was amazing. I hope they can return it to its former grandeur.

INCREDIBLE. LIKE STEPPING BACK IN TIME SURROUNDED BY BEAUTY.
Pros:

THE LOCATION, VIEWS, AMBIENCE AND STAFF IN THIS 800 YEAR OLD VILLA WERE TRULY AMAZING. AS WERE THE OWNERS AND SISTERS GEMMA AND VIOLA. THEY COULD NOT DO ENOUGH TO ENSURE OUR STAY WAS PLEASANT AND MEMORABLE. AND THE RESTAURANT FOOD FOR BOTH BREAKFAST AND DINNER WERE OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR A WONDERFUL STAY.

Contesto incantevole, grande giardino tutto ben curato. Colazione davvero ricca e varia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L'unico appunto su cui vorrei dare un consiglio è l'illuminazione della stanza: aggiungerei punti luce o comunque aumenterei al potenza di quelli già esistenti. La stanza risultava molto scura e poco illuminata.

Soggiorno di puro relax ed eleganza
Pros:

Cosa dire... La pace, il silenzio, la cortesia, l'eleganza, la vista da perdere il fiato..
Sono molto difficile quando si tratta di dormire in un letto che non é il mio e posso dire serenamente di aver dormito come a casa.
Abbiamo passato solo una notte, e siamo venuti via a malincuore.
Ultima ma non per importanza, la colazione.
Da Re!!
Dovete assolutamente alloggiare qui!!

Balades au « piano terra des paradiso »
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner avec produits locaux délicieux et faits-maison.
Personnel agréable et prêt à vous aider/guider.
Un très spécial « Grazie tantissima » à Francesca, la masseuse délicate et très gentille.

Cons:

Pour début mai, il fait froid de la nuit et le chauffage n’était pas démarré.
Même si on nous a donné une chaufferette, on a eu un peu froid.
Mais avec des extra couvertures, on a su finalement se réchauffer .

Do not hesitate to book.
Pros:

You will feel welcomed! Brilliant breakfast with local products like Mugello milk and fresh local products. Extra points for cats, guardian dogs, lambs, goats, le galline! Restaurant available at evenings. Pool. Country side jogging experience if you will. Awesome views and absolutely beautiful grounds for just relaxing.

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et aimable, hôtel situé dans un cadre idyllique au calme absolu, la vue sur la vallée est superbe.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, tout comme le restaurant. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, et à proximité de Florence.
