Pros:

Mi è piaciuto la posizione in quanto molto vicino alla fermata dei bus ed ha il parcheggio interrato molto funzionale per chi come me ha viaggiato in auto. Camera nella norma, nulla di eccezionale.

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia lascia desiderare. Letti fatti in modo frettoloso, cestino della spazzatura non ritirato ho dovuto darlo io all'addetta del piano. E' caduta della coca cola e non hanno pulito ne a terra e ne sul piano scrittoio. Praticamente fanno solo il cambio asciugami e basta, non aggiungono neanche il rotolo di carta igienica terminato. Per quanto si fanno pagare, mi dispiace non vale. La colazione deludente, poca scelta.

Hotel moderno, camere ampie e confortevoli, pulizia accurata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Posizione buona: non centralissima ma ben collegata. Molto bella la terrazza al primo piano. Non abbiamo provato la colazione.

Cons:

Le prese ai lati del letto, per poter ricaricare il cellulare durante la notte (e al tempo stesso tenerlo a portata di mano) dovrebbero essere ormai scontate, soprattutto in una struttura di un certo livello. Nella nostra camera, purtroppo, mancavano.

Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet hôtel, principalement en raison d’un grave problème de sécurité totalement minimisé par l’établissement.

Dès la première soirée, nous avons signalé que la porte de notre chambre ne se verrouillait pas correctement et que la chambre restait ouverte/accesssible pendant nos absences. Malgré plusieurs signalements, le problème s’est reproduit à de nombreuses reprises durant le séjour, sans réaction efficace immédiate de la part du personnel. Le changement de chambre n’a finalement eu lieu que tard lors de la dernière nuit.

Au-delà du dysfonctionnement lui-même, c’est surtout l’attitude du staff qui a été choquante : situation minimisée, remarques du type “ce sont des choses qui arrivent”, absence réelle de prise en charge alors qu’il s’agit pourtant d’un sujet élémentaire de sécurité et de confidentialité.

L’état général de l’hôtel était également très décevant pour un établissement annoncé comme un 4 étoiles : chambres sales, toilettes mal nettoyées, poussière visible, toiles d’araignée dans la chambre, entretien global insuffisant. Le petit-déjeuner était également très médiocre, avec peu de qualité et très loin du standard attendu pour cette catégorie d’hôtel.

Après le séjour, j’ai tenté de résoudre la situation de manière amiable avant de publier un avis, en laissant à l’hôtel le temps de répondre. Mon premier message est d’ailleurs resté sans réponse et a nécessité une relance. La réponse finale de l’établissement a consisté à me reprocher une prétendue “menace” d’avis négatif et à évoquer des accusations juridiques totalement disproportionnées, plutôt que de reconnaître sérieusement les problèmes rencontrés.

Je peux comprendre qu’un incident technique arrive. En revanche, la manière dont il est géré, ainsi que l’état général de l’établissement et la façon dont le client est traité ensuite, ne sont absolument pas au niveau d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
