Pros:

Ubicación excelente . En dónde está todo lo que tienes que ver en Torino.
Habitación súper cómoda para 4 personas . Todo impecable . El desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy agradable.

L'emplacement est parfait.
On nous a indiqué un parking qui est le moins cher dans le secteur, 35€ pour 2 jours.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bien .
La chambre et le lit sont confortables, et bien climatisé.

Cons:

Juste qu'il manque coton et coton tige en chambre.
Pas de pommeau de douche manuel, uniquement au plafond. Et l'eau a un peu de mal à s'évacuer.
Mais mis à part ça tout est très bien.

Pros:

Everything. The staff were especially helpful and smiling. Lovely to return to the air conditioning after a long walking day in 39 degrees. Had a drink on the terrace before going out to dinner. The location is amazing. 5 minutes walk and you're in the historic centre with the Palace and Cathedral.

Cons:

We would have liked the cooked breakfast to be included and not have to pay extra. The tram noise but only slightly. A mirror for make-up in bedroom (to be able to sit down) when someone is using the bathroom.

Excellent location to explore Turin on foot (in the city center). Very good continental breakfast included in the room rate. Despite our room was on the side of the road (where trams and buses are running) it was still calm and quite. AirCon in the room worked very well. The receptionists were very helpful in all respects, including organizing the permission to drive into the restricted traffic zone where the hotel is located and recommending a suitable public parking nearby.

Cons:

Small point relating to the presentation on booking.com. In the main section under "Most Popular Facilities" it simply reads "Parking" and only from details in the "Facilities" section it becomes apparent that the hotel does not have own parking facilities. This could be presented more clearly.

Perfekter Aaufenthalt anlässlich unserer Rückreise aus Sündfrankreich nach Hause.
Pros:

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Zimmer. Diese liessen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Stadthotel ist seinem Stil entsprechend modern renoviert und perfekt aufgewertet worden. Es hat seinen Charme absolut beibehalten. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr zentral und in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten, abends als Familie auszugehen und ein feines italienisches Essen zu geniessen. Trotz der Lage konnten wir die Ruhe im Hotel geniessen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr ausgiebig und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und in einer tollen Qualität.

Cons:

Wir können beim besten Willen keine negativen Punkte aufführen, welche uns gestört hätten oder was uns nicht gefallen hätten.
