wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Top Lage, herzlicher Empfang beim Check In, grosse Unterstützung bei Fragen und persönlichen Anliegen vom gesamten Personal, ein herzliches Lob und Dankeschön an das Hotelpersonal - sie waren immer hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui più di una sera e ho visto due stanze diverse entrambe molto belle, molto pulite. La posizione è ottima e anche la colazione sia dolce che salata è molto buona è variegata.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è che in un albergo a 4 stelle mi aspetto di trovarmi almeno delle ciabatte e anche uno spazzolino che non deve per forza essere di plastica… mi auguro che la mancanza di queste due cose sia un fatto legato al rispetto dell’ambiente…

Sono tornata per la seconda volta in questo hotel perché la prima mi sono trovata super bene!
Gentili, hotel pulito, di design e accanto al centro!

Cons:

Purtroppo c’era un forte odore di fognature molto pesante… fatto presente anche alla reception che gentilmente ci ha spiegato il motivo! Speriamo possa migliorare …
