La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
L’emplacement est très bien également.

Cons:

Séjour agréable, hôtel de qualité, mais une mauvaise expérience au moment du départ. Suite à une erreur de date, l’hôtel avait confirmé la modification sans jamais nous informer d’un éventuel surcoût. Nous l’avons découvert au départ et avons simplement regretté de ne pas avoir été prévenus. Malheureusement, notre remarque a été accueillie avec beaucoup de mépris par la réceptionniste. Dommage, car le séjour s’était jusque-là très bien passé.

Posizione super, peccato per il rumore
Pros:

La posizione fantastica, in pieno centro storico, a due passi da piazza Castello.

Cons:

Le finestra della stanza non isolano dal rumore dalla strada che si sente davvero molto. Noi eravamo al secondo piano.

AMAZING! Great staff, great breakfast, big rooms, clean and great location!

Clean, big rooms, had everything we needed, very organised, amazing breakfast, wonderful and amazing staff! Cannot say enough about how great the staff were! Great location!

Très bel hôtel, mais un peu bruyant à cause du tram et un parking payant
Pros:

Très joli hôtel avec une décoration soignée et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, le personnel très gentil et l’hôtel est propre.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, avec le tram qui passe juste à côté de l’entrée de l’hôtel et de la fenêtre. Le bruit du tram m’a beaucoup dérangé, surtout la nuit.
Par ailleurs, l’annonce sur Booking indiquait qu’il y avait un parking, mais il s’agit en réalité d’un parking privé payant à 16 € par jour, situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Il serait préférable de le préciser clairement dans l’annonce.

Pros:

En centre ville historique. Parking pas trop loin hors ZFE.
Bon petit déjeuner.
