Lack of organisation. I found it totally inappropriate having been asked to pay goods from the mini bar when I hadn’t consume anything. This means that the information available at the reception is not accurate. It puts the guest in a very uncomfortable position.

Hotel agradável, bem localizado mas caro.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, dá para visitar tudo a pé. Quarto confortável, camas boas, banheiro bem simples com cortina plástica no box. Caffeine da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Não havia nenhuma amenity no banheiro além de sabonete líquido. Custo beneficio nào é bom !

le personnel très professionnel et qui expliquait tout, l'hotel ets en plein centre, à pied pour les visites de la ville et des musées, rue avec restaurants très proche

Cons:

la distance pour le parking (alors que l'hotel est noté avec un parking) le bruit de la rue, malgré le survitrage
