Nas boravak u ovom hotelu bio je odličan! Preporučujemo svima zbog lokacije koja je na 5minuta od Arc de triumf.

Perfect base for exploring!
Pros:

Great location. Was perfect for a base for comings and goings. Aircon worked a treat. Pleasant staff. Would happily return.

The pool was a bonus but only had 4 sun loungers.

Close to Arc de Triomf
Pros:

The location was great, very close to the Arc de Triomf, close to the subway too, but not very loud. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best ones I've had in a hotel. The size of the room was decent, and it was cleaned every day when we stayed there. We also requested a late check out and they had no problem with it and explaining how it worked. They have a small fitness area with towels available, and a pool that was very warm, I wish I used it more though.

Cons:

The only but is that humidity in Barcelona was quite high, so the bedding and the pillows were kind of humid as well, but other than that, the stay was great!

The location of the hotel was brilliant, rooms were a good size and cleaned daily.

Cons:

Staff was rude. Hotel was booked as a gift from my parents. After explaining this and I don’t have the card used for the booking staff became quickly rude and impolite. This was after minutes of arriving at the hotel and setting the tone of the holiday. I explained I have a picture and they can call my mother. The card had to be authorised to be used. They said it was on there policy. On looking at this it said if you don’t have the card on arrival contact the property and let them know. I asked if I called yesterday and said I didn’t have the card what would they have done. They had no reply, instead they made us cancel the booking and remake it. We had to wait almost a week for the original money to go back into my mums account, we also got charged twice for using a card £ to €. This obviously doesn’t get refunded. I explained how they were unprofessional and what if I needed that money in my account because now I’m paying again and having to wait over a week for a refund. They didn’t care and it was really frustrating, especially as stated it was a gift so it just ruined the experience.

Pros:

Excellent accueil, personnel très compétent, soucieux de rendre service, et s’exprime en français. Chambre calme et très propre et excellent petit déjeuner. La citronnade fraîche en libre service est très appréciable.
