Pros:

Location is relatively good, close to the Arc de Triompf tube station and 25 mins walking distance from the Gothic Quarter. Breakfast was good and enough for a city break, variety of cold cut options and the churros was very fresh every morning. There was a kettle, tea-coffee and mini bar which is refilled with water in the room. These facilities are not very common in Barcelona hotels.

Cons:

There were several single-man groups during our stay who stayed for 1 or 2 days only which is very unusual for a hotel in this price. We paid one of the highest prices of our regular holidays and I am sure these people can not afford that much. So it is clear that they pick the hotel last minute just to sleep and none of them are at the breakfast in the morning. They come back to the hotel at 5 AM, shouting at hallways, listening to loud music at the rooms (isolation is very poor) and shut the doors very disrespectfully (I managed to keep my spouse stay calm very hardly). Hotel management needs to make a decision if they want to be a "Hotel" or a "Hostel". The interior of the whole room also requires a renovation.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast included. I thought the location was very good, the room was clean, I felt safe, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage (ruhig aber trotzdem zentral). Eine Bar oder zumindest ein Automat mit Getränke und Snacks wäre noch toll, das hat mir ein bisschen gefehlt. Frühstück war ganz ok.

Perfecta ubicación, estado de las instalaciones mejorable.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, cerca de todo a pie y con opciones de cenar y tapear con ambiente de barrio a la vuelta de la esquina. El buffet del desayuno es completo y muy variado, merece la pena salir desayunado y con fuerzas para patear Barcelona.

Cons:

La moqueta de los pasillos de las habitaciones. En la quinta planta estaba muy sucia, y despedía un olor muy desagradable. Por el precio del alojamiento ya podían invertir en reemplazarla por suelo de fácil limpieza.
El colchón de la cama tenía tres o cuatro sábanas bajeras impermeables, sinceramente no quise llegar a descubrir lo que escondían. Me conformé por ver que no había “insectos”.
