Mixed: many guests note clean sheets and well-kept rooms, but there are multiple reports of housekeeping lapses (forgot water/towels) and occasional unpleasant smells in corridors/rooms.
Service
8.8
Generally praised: staff repeatedly described as friendly and kind across languages; front-desk and helpfulness are strong points despite some small operational issues.
Location
9
Consistently positive: central location, close to metro/bus stations and convenient for sightseeing; repeatedly cited as a major benefit.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed: some comfortable mattresses and handy extras (toothbrush/razor), but several reports of small/dark rooms, noise from the building/street, window issues and inconsistent room placement.
Amenities
7.8
Mixed: complimentary water/coffee/sweets and a nice pool (but some said the pool area is run down); missing or inconvenient items reported (no shampoo one night, iron not in room).
Value for Money
8
Generally good value for location and breakfast, though some guests found the private parking expensive and tight (€20, narrow entrance).

8.8
Strong positive for breakfast: several guests call it excellent with wide choice and fresh juices; minor negatives include poor in-room tea for one guest.
Overall Experience
8.6
Mostly positive overall stay: many guests recommend for location and staff, balanced by occasional noise, room size or amenity issues that prevented a perfect score.

Pros:

Profesjonalna miła obsługa. Czyste pokoje , zadbane, hotelowy standard. Wygodne łóżko. Gwarancja spokojnego snu. Duże okno na ulice. Francuski balkon -szyba. Mocna suszarka.
