Amazing rooms and location but facilities were lacking
Pros:

The beds were very comfy and were a short walk from the shoreline with beautiful beachfront. The rooms were very clean with a lovely balcony and nice overall layout. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The pool was not clean; there was no real pool service apart from a small menu with tea, coffee, and soft drinks. The pictures are not realistic, as the pool area was a lot smaller than displayed in the images.

Pros:

The room was clean and fresh, but I had expected a balcony which it did not have.

Cons:

The room was very poorly soundproofed. I had a room next to the reception and it was very much noise. So I did not sleep well even with earplugs. I could hear what people were talking about in the neighbor room.

Tiny elevators. Our bathroom exhaust fan sounded like an helicopter. Room 412. It’s barely a 4 star. More like a 3.5

Bom quarto.
Bom pequeno almoço pelo preço exigido.

Cons:

Algum barulho pela manhã (limpezas, corte da relva)
O estacionamento privativo é muito reduzido (uns poucos lugares em frente ao hotel). Consegui parar na rua em frente ao hotel, mas foi um golpe de sorte.

Very disappointing stay, in a hotel in one of the most luxurious parts of the country. I will start with the worst thing - my wife saw a cockroach in the bathroom! There were no towel hangers in the bathroom, and we had to put them over the TV and chairs to dry. The wals were full of holes (for electrical and other stuff) without any covers (see pictures). The remote control had its batteries showing. All of this indicates lack of maintenance and care. At check-in the receptionist was doing us a favour, no empathy, no “good evening” or “welcome”. He also said “you have no breakfast and its 10€ each if you want one”. And after I showed him that my reservation included a breakfast, no apology just a “oh, I didn’t notice”. When we got to the room, the AC was on, set to 29 degrees! This was in July with a very hot weather (again, just shows that the person who left the room ready to be used didn’t have any care)
