A reserva foi realizada com camas separadas, recebi email do hotel informando que não era garantido e pedi para verificarem caso contrário anulava a reserva. O hotel respondeu que iria tratar, respostas evasivas que claramente evidenciaram que nao iam tratar. LAMENTÁVEL.

Cons:

Bettrahmen und Matratze passten nicht zusammen. Die Matratze war nur aufgelegt.
