Excellent property for tourists wanting to visit Venice
Pros:

This clean, new, modern hotel was a great base for our 3 days in Venice. 10 minutes from the airport and 29-30 minutes by shuttle to Piazzale de Roma where you catch the water bus or people movers.

Cons:

The bar could have stayed open a bit later.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we could watch Netflix.

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms, we lost power twice (once at 5:30 am and again a little while later), and the hotel is in a funky part of town.

Pros:

Nice room, lots of space

Cons:

Bathroom just had shampoo and shower gel. No shower cap, no vanity kit, no conditioner, no body lotion.
Maybe we might have asked the reception, but for 1 night we were ok with that.

A comfortable and convenient hotel, perfect for a short trip to Venice.

A great hotel for a short stay before or after visiting Venice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for one night. The location is excellent, with easy access to Venice and the airport, making it a very convenient base. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy.
