Used Haarlem as a home base for day trips to Delft and Amsterdam. Perfect location and great staff!
Pros:

The location couldnt have been better. Walkable from train station, grocery store and just around the corner from the lovely Teyler Museum, plus lots of restaurants! Felt very safe. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

posizione perfetta!! super centro! Ho preso la camera superior. Molto grande e arredamento non nuovo ma essenziale. bagno abbastanza grande. ottima colazione anche se il prezzo è un pò esagerato.

Simpel hotel in de prachtige stad Haarlem
Pros:

Parkeren. De parkeergarage ligt onder het hotel. De ligging van het hotel op loopafstand van alles wat de stad te bieden heeft.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Veel dingen waren onvoldoende of te laat aanwezig, zoals broodjes en ei. Op de kleine kamer slecht licht. De lampjes op de nachtkastjes geven onvoldoende licht om bij te lezen. Het uitzicht op een plat dak met heel veel airco's was heel lelijk. Die maakten die ook nog eens veel herrie tot twaalf uur s'nachts.

The bathroom mirror was damaged by cleaning supply and needed to be replaced but it was on back order for them.

Central location in Haarlem,. Good room, quiet at the rear and good size.

Cons:

An unfortunate thing with older and European hotels of a shower in tge bath. But you live with it. Otherwise nothing to dislike

Cons:

Bells ringing every night for along long time, same five notes! I was sleeping after a day of travel, very annoyed hearing bells wake me up.
Also did not like artificial fragrance pumped throughout hotel, nasty. Found hotel too expensive for what I got.
