Absolutely shocking, awful
Pros:

This hotel is not open and looks like it ain’t been open for a while, looks derelict. We rang the number in the booking and it was a Skegness number and they said they have put us in another hotel round the corner. The hotel we were put up in also accommodates the council homeless, was awful and very noisy at night. PLEASE DON NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

That they have taken my money when the place has been derelict for ages and to put us into what felt like a homeless hostel.

Rubbish, dirty disgusting place, tramps live better
Pros:

Nothing, rundown dirty disgusting was moved by hotel only to be placed in an even worse condition hotel.

Cons:

Everything, dirty disgusting falling apart. Public hair in bathrooms, staff not giving a flying stuff about any issues

We turned up Hotel closed down. Even though email sent day before confirming my stay
We had a young child 5 yrs old there for her birthday treat.
We tried everywhere to get accommodation but all booked.
Had to go home and ruin our baby girls birthday.

This Hotel is still being sold through booking.com STILL !!!

Pros:

Dirty run down. No staff in hotel .thought it was closed down. Had to go to there other hotel to speak to arragent manager. Was told no room for us as emergecy work. No one in doing work .they had private party so maybe needed my room which i paid and booked months sgo. When i saw state of it glad i never stayed..so run down now. Since take over they run it down to the ground. Shame been going here for years. Never again

Property wasn’t even open when we got there and we moved into a sister hotel from the outside the hotel is a complete mess and needs to be refurbished massively glad we was put into a different hotel
