Great value, facility and staff
Pros:

Great location close to the park and other landmarks. Vwry good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The pool was closed for cleaning unfortunately. Also, the trains go by early in the am and blow their horns so bring ear plugs if you are sleeping in.

Such an easy way to stay that makes it feel like home with amenities
Pros:

The rooms are convenient and the indoor pool is great.

Cons:

More labeling about where extra trash bags are, where are pool towels, where are the linens for the pullout couch, etc. Obvious labeling skips the need to go on a scavenger hunt for these simple items.
Labels in elevators to distinguish what building your in. The 3rd building is connected to the 2nd building which caused confusion for us when we first got there. Allow for checkin through your phone and have an app instead of key cards so you dont have to stop by the desk on your way out.

Great location, poor quality and service.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The couch has a stain. The toilet didn’t flush. The room was so dirty, dust was on every surface. The bedding was in inside out with no top sheet. When I called the front desk they told me they are aware of the big white stain that looks like bodily fluid and would come by tomorrow to try remove it. Guess what, they never came. Very disappointed. I will not be back.

Could be better for the money
Pros:

Floor in the apartment was never washed . After walking across the floor my feet were black.

Cons:

Pool was closed due to maintenance and apartment floors were dirty. They didn’t refill body wash and shampoo.
