Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff at the reception. And the staff in the restuarant specially Aman and Cream were helpful and soft spoken

Cons:

Very less frequency of the buggy car from reception to the room. You should have more buggy .also you should have some provision for low height buggy as people with knee problem have difficult in climbing buggy specially aged people

L’emplacement super les piscine son sympa

C’est pas propre du tout les draps les housse de couette ect son pas changer tout les jours il sont retourné les joint des douche son limite moisie c’est pas propre du tout les chaise de balcon sont tacher par de la peinture ou du caca d’oiseau je ne sais pas mais c’est vraiment pas un 5 étoile

I have stayed here a week I asked to re book for the next day and I accidentally booked for the same date at 11.30 considering I have been here a week they will not refund or let me extend for today! The food is also disgusting, reception call you every morning waking you up also

Property is really good.

Cons:

Maintenance work was going on for all 4 days i stayed. Even after pleading and requesting they didn’t change our room we spent our birthdays and honeymoon there still they were totally inconsiderate.

OVERALL THEY STAY WAS NICE

I LIKED IY BECAUSE IY WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL LOCATION .

Cons:

THE CHECK OUT PROCESS COULS HAVE BE DONE BETTER. WE CHECKED AT AT 12 AND THERE WERE CUSTOMERS WHO CAME AFTER US WAS CHECKED OUT SOONER THAN US. WE DID NOT MAKE ANY COMPLAINTS AS WE CAN SEE THEY WERE BUSY HANDLING MANY CHECK OUTS BUT THEY SHOULD HANDLE FIRST COME BASIS.
