It’s in a good location, but cleanliness really needs to be implemented.

Even a single thing I didn’t liked. Staff behaviour is not good.

Cons:

I will never recommend to any person for book this resort. They charge unnecessary for dirty bedsheets & more. Don’t have the proper cleanness facility. Some insects are inside the room. Never book this resort.

Der Meerblick

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war Katastrophe. Auf Booking wird ein 5 Sterne Hotel beworben aber es ist nur ein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Mein Bett bewegte sich, das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, und die Matratze ist stein hart.

Nach langer Diskussion wollten sie uns nicht auschecken lassen und keine Rückerstattung geben was mich nicht wundern andernfalls würden keine Gäste länger bleiben.

Erst hatten sie kein weiteres Zimmer frei und als ich mit dem Angestellten zusammen das Zimmer angeschaut habe, hatten sie doch ein Zimmer frei.
Da konnte ich wenigstens schlafen jedoch kam von draussen immer ein lautes Geräusch Tag und Nacht.

Bis auf die Lage ist das Hotel nicht zum empfehlen.
Es war auch sehr stark nach dem indischen Publikum ausgerichtet.

All in All nicht zu empfehlen.

Bad experience. There were rats and bugs in the room
Cons:

The maintenance of the property was not good at all. There were so many bugs in the room. The room was smelling.
We woke up in the night at 3am because there was a big rat in the room.
The staff was rude and didn’t even change our room

Pros:

Hôtel très bien positionné, le 7eleven juste à 2 min . Et des salon de massage et restaurants vraiment à proximité

Cons:

Nous avons fait le départ tôt pour prendre nôtre bateau vers une autre direction. Puis ils nous ont fait attendre 10 min pour vérifier la chambre par leurs femme de ménage et nous on accuser d’avoir pris une cuillère que nous n’avons jamais utilisé et nous ont fait payer . Ils nous ont retardé sur notre départ.

Ils auraient dû nous prévenir qu’il y’aura une vérification avant notre départ afin qu’on puisse sortir encore plutôt que prévu sachant que les chambres sont pas proche de l’accueil il faut une navette pour s’y rendre avec nos bagages .

Pleasant stay

Very friendly staff at the reception. And the staff in the restuarant specially Aman and Cream were helpful and soft spoken

Cons:

Very less frequency of the buggy car from reception to the room. You should have more buggy .also you should have some provision for low height buggy as people with knee problem have difficult in climbing buggy specially aged people

L’emplacement super les piscine son sympa

C’est pas propre du tout les draps les housse de couette ect son pas changer tout les jours il sont retourné les joint des douche son limite moisie c’est pas propre du tout les chaise de balcon sont tacher par de la peinture ou du caca d’oiseau je ne sais pas mais c’est vraiment pas un 5 étoile
