Valid ID proof are voter ID, driving license and passport. PAN card is not valid ID proof and will not be accepted.

Swimming pool timing will be 7 am to 8 pm and swimming pool users must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pool. Clothing such as cutoffs, gym shorts, and underwear is not permitted as swimwear.

At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.

Safe, clean, good AC and shower
Pros:

The property is nice and clean with good shower and AC. The rooms and facilities were all beautifully kept and the staff (not the front desk) were all very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff was very rude, but that was just minor annoying as everyone else who worked there was wonderful :)

A Taste of Royal India with free pick up from Train Station
Pros:

A charming hotel. Pick up from the train station was a treat. Our room was spacious and clean with desk, fridge, kettle, multiple power points and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with plenty of variety (Indian and western).

Cons:

Dinner menu at the rooftop restaurant was limited due to being off-peak tourist season (would be good to have known before we spent time going through it all). I personally thought the small swimming pool had too much chlorine in it, but my friend thoroughly enjoyed it to cool off.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing. Food wasn’t very good. The service of the team led by Ajaypal Singh made up for the mediocre fare. His and his team’s service was excellent, professional and attentive. Anyone who has worked in the service industry appreciates a good bar man.

It was a value for money and fabulous luxury feels vibes truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Worst experience. Will not suggest any one to stay here.
Ambience nil- Just the door can’t give you the feeling of of heritage and boutique
Food nil- will not make you feel that you are in Rajasthan.
Cleanliness nil
Lift - just to carry 3-4
Swimming pool - just an eyewash

Don’t go out not this for heritage and boutique will not find anything like that

Bad hotel choice
Pros:

Really a bad experience. Just heritage and boutique is in the name. Service was ok but food qualityis not good. It seems as if they are making for Gujrat people only. Just for a name sake it is in rajasthan but not a pinch of flavour in any food. Heritage and boutique just for name no proper ambience and poorly maintained rooms. Wastage of moneyfork the sakeheritageand food. No kids activity, no view from the room.

Great Location, Decent for a quick visit.
Pros:

Location was great, the staff was super nice. Decent breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and the washrooms were clean. All things that are important.

Cons:

The room was decent, not everything claimed was available. For example the listing states that the hotel provides bathrobes, they did not have any. Similarly not a lot to complain but not a lot to go gaga.

Overall it was good, but would think before considering it for our next viist to Jaipur.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. We had a dinner one night, the taste was pretty ordinary, certainly not worth the price.

Cons:

One of the managers called Mohan Singh's attitude was not good. I lost my gold ring in the swimming pool and I realized it after leaving the hotel. This guys did not cooperate well initially, in fact he gave false information saying he checked the pool and surrounding area thoroughly but he didn't find it. We called again after half an hour , this time some other guys picked and confirmed they didn't search in the pool. So we requested him to search inside the pool where they finally found the ring. Thanks to Ajay Singh Rathore who found the ring and handed over to me.

An amazing experience!
Pros:

This is the best hotel we have stayed in this time (out of 5)!!
It starts with the design- you enter an oriental palace experience from the first step. They thought about each sofa, each painting. The perfect getaway.
The staff is kind and always willing to help with anything you can think of.
Our room was HUGE and spotless! There is a complementary cleaning every day if you choose.
There is also a cute little pool you can use.
We loved it!
