Didn’t get much sleep
Pros:

Location was excellent and breakfast was good

Cons:

Being woken up at 2am in the morning with the fire alarm going off and not being informed about what was going on for around 1 hour.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and tried to solve issues.

Cons:

Bed was terrible, room was filthy, mould covered the bathroom, towels were more like paper towel, carpet absolutely filthy. We ended up have to change hotels.

Fine for a short stay in which we were out most of the time.
Pros:

Good price, excellent central location. Breakfast was fine, beds comfy enough.

Cons:

Room small and bathroom very small, tall/large people may struggle with small bathroom. Could not change the temp in room and it was on the warmer side.

Close to Circular Quay, Chinatown and Capitol Theatre - our 3 key destinations - great location!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and kind. Appreciated the filtered water dispenser and 24 hour barista coffee at Reception.

Cons:

Couldn't take long showers because the water would easily overflow into the rest of the bathroom but it was no deal breaker. Perhaps flooring/drainage in bathroom cubicles should be reviewed.

Good value, great location and excellent staff.
Pros:

Location. Near to supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance to Chinatown station on George Street. Staff were excellent and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom cubicle was crazy right to get in. The glass door opened up to around 15-17 inches. If you are on the plus size, you will have a hard time getting in the diamond shaped shower area.

If you stay on Fridays and Saturdays, you will enjoy “free” loud music from bars till 3:30am. I stayed on the 7th floor and still get to hear every drum & base.
