Pros:

Comfy bed, clean room. Great location.

Cons:

The shower leaked out into the floors. The drain I guess too small to drain vs the water flow. The door seal was all grimy. Needs replacement

Uncomfortable beds, can hear everything through the walls, someone tried to open my door at 1am, and I was located next to the lift, so could hear everyone coming and going.

It's still a good hotel to stay at despite the cons.
Pros:

The hotel is close to everything — eg. public transportation, grocery, restaurants and the main tourist spots in Sydney.

The staff were friendly and was quick to respond to some minor issues I had with the room (room temperature & tv).

Cons:

You'll hear all sorts of noise — eg. vehicles hooning & honking, people at the pubs nearby,
ambulance/cops/firefighters sirens, light rail and the other guests doors closing rather loudly.

Water leaking from the shower. You can only turn the shower head on a certain amount to avoid the water from pooling coz the drain is way too small.
