Pros:

We had a bad Airbnb experience and decided on this property as a replacement. Great room and staff. No complaints and 100x better than the Airbnb!!

We had a great stay!
Pros:

The pool and breakfast were memorable. The pool hours fit our schedule (6am-11pm). We enjoyed the clean, functional room. The staff were all wonderful!

The staff were great, super helpful! We were happy with the complimentary breakfast as well!

Cons:

The beds were rock hard. The facility is not as clean as other Hilton hotels we’ve stayed at.

Hampton Inn Wells/Ogunquit. Upscale vibe.
Pros:

I retired this year and over the years have accumulated hundreads of thousands of all types of points. I used my points to book my wife and I a room at this location. We were greeted at the front desk as if this were a boutique hotel. The room is not your average Hampton Inn room, but superior in furnishings. Other than this hotel not being in a central location, everything was picture perfect with the room. They could use a commercial bread toaster in the breakfast room as the homestyle push down toaster is inappropriate for a hotel with so many patrons breakfasing at the same time. Bananas or any type of fresh fruit is not offered. This is a shortcoming in my opinion.

Fabulous and will be back
Pros:

Every aspect of the place was fabulous
So clean and I loved the handrail in the shower I took a long soaking bath and used the handrail to get out of the tub, something I don’t have in my apartment. We used the pool and hot tub and all it was also very clean. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our breakfast was delicious and got us on our way, overall A very nice stay and I will be coming back for certain!

Cons:

The only thing I could mention is that the “ heated pool “ was quite cool for an indoor pool

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, and Cordial!
Pros:

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night. It was clean and comfortable. The room was good sized and had everything we needed except the Red Sox game on NESN!
The staff was quite cordial and helpful.
Breakfast was the standard hotel serve yourself breakfast… nothing special, but Congdon Doughnuts is about 2 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. Who doesn’t like fresh doughnuts? Congdon’s has so many choices! It’s not easy to choose a favorite.
Though we didn’t use it, the indoor pool and whirlpool looked very inviting, clean, and well maintained.
The business center also looked like a good place to get work done.

My husband and I came to Maine for our 10th wedding anniversary. We were in a king room, room was nice and clean. However when we went to bed we noticed how hard the bed was. We went to sleep and was woken several times from being so uncomfortable. Woke with backache and headache. We asked to be switched to another room, same outcome. Woke this morning with worse backache and headache. The breakfast was terrible,’the “omelette” was dry and the flavor was awful. Both mornings the breakfast was prepared poorly. 500 dollars for a weekend in the off season is a little steep considering the beds and breakfast.
