The indoor pool was great. But the tile floor was a horrible choice in a wet area. What moron thought that was anything but a lawsuit from a fall waiting to happen?

The main hallway were FREEZING! Room needs better lighting.

Extremely clean. Their cleaning staff is outstanding!

That I was not able to check in early, even if I did not want the rooms, just do the check in as I had to go to the hospital. The morning reception girl did not seem very knowledgeable and just said no.
