Pros:

I had a small container that needed frozen so I could carry my husband's insulin in it the next day. The front desk was very accommodating.

Cons:

You really had to push the door to get it to shut completely. It was pretty hard.

Not great, average.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the welcoming from them. There were only two luggage carts for the whole hotel and one was in very sad shape. The hotel is dated and in need of some upgrades to keep up with the Hilton standard. In our room, there were unidentifiable stains on the carpet and curtains. The walls and ceiling paint in the bathroom were peeling.
All in all, I believe we’ll pick a different property for our next stay in Williamsburg.
