comfortable beds, terrific breakfast

Cons:

fridge was hot on arrival, trash cans so tiny, not enough pillows or toilet paper for 5 people, card keys stopped working first night

Was just one night but everything was great wish we had more time to stay.

Perfect location and amenities for a visit to Virginia's cradle of civilization
Pros:

the bed was comfortable and my whole group had no negatives. I was surprised the beds weren't higher off the floor. the staff checked us in a bit earlier than 3:00PM when we arrived, which we really liked. love light roast coffee and the hotel had some. Our grand-kids loved the indoor pool. The breakfast is also a great perk that we really enjoy.

Cons:

Only the scrambled eggs. They clearly looked like they had been delivered in a plastic bag and reheated. I had a bad experience with this kind of thing a year ago. I like the protein, but not like that.

This was a great place to stay. I will return.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast had a number of choices and was fresh.

The staff! Friendly, accommodating and respectful!!

Cons:

Parking lot near entrance was messy, yard was not mowed. There was sticky glue on my one window. The other Hampton Inn on Bypass Road is my preferred stay. It is beautiful and clean!

Nothing, I booked this hotel room through booking.com on June 28, 2026. I noticed it was the wrong hotel so I called this hotel immediately and the hotel clerk that answered phone claimed he could not find my reservation. I gave him reservation #. He told me to call around to other Hampton hotel in area. I called the other hotel in area and they said they had no reservation. I called back to your hotel in williamsburg. He said he still couldn't find it. Now you charged me for a no show. 149.06. I called clerk at hotel on July 8,2026 trying to get this resolved and spoke with Urania. She found the reservation (amazing) that the other clerk could not find, but she claims she could not help as well. Told me to call back tomorrow to Tasha. (Which i will) I want my money returned. This must be a scam you guys play to get free money. I gave this clerk everything he needed to find reservation to cancel on June 28, 2026. I will be contacting BBB on you and booking.com. I can't be a subject of your incompetent workers.

We would stay there again.
Pros:

We liked our room and the hvac and shower as well as the breakfast items and staff. There was plenty of parking.

Cons:

When we checked in, the first room we got was uncleaned and had food and dirty beds so we went back to desk to get a new room. Thankfully second room was further away from elevator noise and very clean.
