The hotel is small and boutique, and conveniently located with a cute vibe.
The bathroom/ toilet smelled like sewer and we had to close the lid and the door to avoid smelling it in the room

- la TV ne fonctionnait pas très bien, je n'avais pas toutes les chaines
- lumière qui passe très facilement le matin
- globalement on entend rien des voisins et le couloir mais j'avais un bruit le matin tôt vers 7h et le soir comme si quelque chose tapait contre la cloison et ça pendant les 2 jours....au prix de la chambre pas terrible...
Location. Staff was pleasant and accommodating
The Small Family Room was far too small for a family of five, with virtually no space for luggage or to move around comfortably. The bunk bed room had no ventilation and remained hot and stuffy despite the air conditioning running at full power, while the AC vents blew directly onto the main bed. The toilet barely worked, requiring multiple flushes each time, and there were ants in the bathroom and the smaller bedroom. The overall standard of maintenance and cleanliness was disappointing, and considering the room cost almost €1,000 for two nights, it offered very poor value for money. I also developed several very itchy bites after the stay, which I will be reporting to the hotel so they can investigate.
The incredibly helpful and friendly staff makes this property a fantastic experience! Everyone we encountered at the hotel went out of their way to suggest or advise about the area. Air conditioning was adequate during the heat wave. Mats, umbrella and towels are available to use at public beach. Laundry service was reasonable and fast! Loved the filtered water available in the lobby and even a mini ice maker!

frühstücksraum klein aber fein mit allem was man braucht, auch die terrasse ist ein ort zum verweilen
ausreichend handtücher und hygieneartikel vorhanden
das zimmer sah genau wie auf den fotos aus, nur leider handelt es sich um ein untergeschoss zimmer (007) mit einem vergittertem fenster dass sich nur kippen lässt und einem lichtelement als alias-fenster
was für uns ein absolutes no go war ist der geruch nach moder/schimmel der versucht wird mit raumduft zu überdecken, auch lüften durch die offene zimmer tür hat nichts gebracht ( wir hielten die koffer geschlossen und sind am nächsten tag abgereist), weiters waren einige gelsen sowie motten im zimmer
alles in allem würden wir trotz der bemühungen des personal nicht mehr in diesem zimmer übernachten
Clean and nice hotel with a very good location. Friendly staff. We were offered complimentary water upon arrival and departure. Bonus: you get free drinks when you skip a day of housekeeping + there are several great pastry shops just around the corner 🥐

My mother, sister, and I stayed at this hotel from June 11–13, 2026, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience.
The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the beach and very close to Nice’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed a dream city break, and this hotel played a big part in making it so memorable.
Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. They were always happy to answer our questions and help with anything we needed.
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. On our last day, we opted for a late check-out, and after that, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel until it was time for our flight. This thoughtful service allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Nice without any worries.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!
