Jag har bott på detta Hotell många gånger och det har alltid varit riktigt bra.

Cons:

Bemötandet från personalen. Jag hade gjort ett misstag när jag bokade rummet. Jag brukar alltid boka direkt på hotellet men nu gick jag genom Booking av någon anledning men såg inte att jag skulle välja storlek på säng. Jag har aldrig behövt tänka på storlek på säng när jag bokar ett hotellrum, det borde vara förvalt standardmått så att man kan välja mindre eller större isåfall. Hur som helst så var detta mitt fel. Men personalen var inte intresserade alls av att lösa vårt problem även att man kunde pågrund av att det var bokat via tredje part. Vi anlände runt 22 pga av att vi jobbat och om dom skulle kunna ändra detta hade det behövts göras före kl 18:00, sådana är reglerna fick vi till svar. Vi fick till och med till svar att det är därför man inte ska boka via tredje part, typ Booking. Men då ska kanske Scandic inte sälja några rum till Booking i såfall. Jag har bott på scandic väldigt många gånger under mitt liv pga. att dom varit så serviceminded. Men det var som bort blåst denna gång. Jättetråkigt!

Overpriced and mediocre

"Free" parking (not really, included in price of stay)

Cons:

Reception staff does not know what service means - they need some basic customer service training. When checking in they are preoccupied only with taking info on my Credit Card, even though my rooms were 100% prepaid in advance.
Rooms are overpriced
Old facility - worn rooms, halls, gym, common areas - this place needs a face lift
Poor ventilation in rooms

The strangest thing is that the same points were noted by previous guests one, two, three years ago. Apparently, the management does not care at all.
I wonder how they succeed renewing their management agreement with Scandic.

Stod dubbelsäng, men den va ganska liten, 150 cm. Så det kändes lite trångt.
