My Saddest stay of them all.
Pros:

Some staffs are friendly,. Although one of the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. Night crew is mellow .

Cons:

Room 322 the filter of AC was dirty asfck.
One of my kids literally got sick with the flu like symptoms.
Behind the couch and under all beds along with windows we're dirty and dusty I had only noticed halfway into my stay due to I was doing errands almost the whole day , didn't want to extend but I did cause I had already settled my things ( I hate moving) the next morning I told front desk , they offered to move me to another room just to find out its about the same, its like under the beds wasn't swept for a while, can't walk barefoot cause ur feet will get dirty. Note to self, no more future room rentals at this place. Sorry but I'm so disappointed and disgusted.

Exceptional hospitality
Pros:

Rooms were well maintained, staff always helpful and friendly and actually to say they were helpful is an understatement. They went out of their way to accomodate us. They were very helpful in the midst of challenging circumstances as the Typhoon Sinlaku had just passed through the area and so many relief workers were trying to get to Saipan and Tinian that week. Thanks to all the staff at Wyndham Garden Guam.

Cons:

I had a Shiatsu massage at the Spa and she really rushed through and finished the 1 hour massage in 35 minutes!

Easy to access from airport for quick transit. Bed was super comfortable

Cons:

Wifi was terrible, hotel was quite noisy (including a barking dog in room next to mine..??), water was only like warm whereas I like quite a hot shower

Excellent front desk service
Pros:

I arrived in Guam on March 14th. The night clerk, Memorean, was excellent.She was extremely helpful throughout my 7 night stay. She is an excellent example of customer service.
