Please note that the Farnham Estate health spa and hydrotherapy pool is an adult-only facility. Children under 16 are not permitted to use the spa or swimming pool. All treatments must be booked well in advance of your arrival. Please contact the reservations department directly to make your booking.

Lovely stafff, lovely location. Hotel room fabulous.
Breakfast, some items were missing from hot buffet. They had not been topped up.
Spa area was very busy, maybe spa slots should be booked to limit numbers.

We had a few issues throughout the stay with cleanliness and forgotten dinner/breakfast orders. Issues didn't seem to be taken seriously when we addressed staff members on site about them. It's a beautiful hotel but felt it didn't live up expectations.

We loved everything there is not one bit that didn’t disappoint . I was overwhelmed with the amazing staff from Reception to restaurant staff to the young lad the bought breakfast to our room . And also the detail you went to to make our stay so special . Then there’s the facilities which where second to none . The room was exceptional… just wow
Anyone in the right mind that complains or dii of want like this place needs to give there head a wobble
I've stated many times
And hotel is wonderful but this time we moved room as window was broken then the bath wouldn't work in new room ! Some things in spa wasn't working which was v disappointing as it was my son birthday and his first time to visit . Jacuzzi in pool button broken , same with showers in thermal area
Very overcrowded pool since my last visit ! It's lost its luxury feel and feels more like Butlins . Food was amazing and staff lovely
