Pros:

beautiful hotel and staff frirndly and accomodating

Cons:

window glass at pool was filthy. large viewing windows on corridors also very dirty on outside. food, drink and merchandise expensive

Pros:

This was our 3rd time are Farnham and will be definitely be back again. A lovely hotel, very comfy bed and great spa facilities. Food is always amazing and staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Some elements of the spa could do with a little clean or refresh but it's still a wonderful facility.

Pros:

From start to finish we were completely taken care of by staff. it was raining when we arrived to the carpark and Kevin put our bags straight into his van and said "it's raining ladies jump in"
The spa area was amazing! the walks were wonderful! our stay was made so fantastic due to all the staff members working here - couldn't have been any better from the housekeeping staff, reception staff, wait staff, bar staff, spa staff, I found them to be the best staff in any hotel my partner and I have attended, and genuinely did not want to go home! can't wait to stay again!

Cons:

the room got too warm, and without the fan, probably wouldn't have been able to sleep, and the spa treatments were fully booked before we could book in!

Cons:

The dinner in Maxwell's. Wasn't as nice as I remember. Chicken was rubbery and the veg wasn't fully cooked.
