Molto comoda per Malpensa, check-in e reception h24, colazione inclusa, disponibili e veloci a rispondere per ogni dubbio

מלון במיקום מעולה של מספר דקות בודדות משדה התעופה. מתאים בדיוק ללילה לפני/אחרי הטיסה. יש חניה לאוטו ממש מחוץ לחדר.

Cons:

מתקנים קצת ישנים. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית מאד.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt. Auch der Shuttle-Fahrer war super nett und das Frühstück war absolut okay, wenn auch jeden Tag genau gleich.

Cons:

Schlechte Verbindung & teurer Transfer: Es gibt keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Hotel. Man ist gezwungen, für 30-40 Euro ein Taxi vom Flughafen zu nehmen. Der Hotel-Shuttle zurück kostet dann nochmals 15 Euro. Das sollte vorher klar kommuniziert werden!

Service & Abrechnung: Eine junge Dame an der Rezeption war leider extrem unfreundlich. Am letzten Tag wurden uns plötzlich Kosten für die Minibar berechnet, ohne dass man uns vorher über die Preise informiert hätte. Selbst für eine kleine Flasche Wasser mussten wir 2 Euro zahlen.

Zustand des Bades: Unter der Badewanne lief Wasser heraus. Das war wirklich unhygienisch und ekelhaft.

En España ese hotel no califica ni como pensión allí reparte estrellas como si fueran cromos no se merece ni una estrella y mucho menos 4 estrellas

No me gustó que no abia servicio de bar que la cafetería la habrían de 7 10 de la mañana que estaba aislado y no había ningún bar cerca que estamos en la estación allí al lado le llamé para pedir un tasi y me digeron valla usted al aéreo puerto y coja usted uno y venga aquí cuando estaba allí al lado a quinientos metros pero como no conocía la zona tuve que coger un tren allí aéreo puerto y coger un tasi que me cobró 25 € para llevarme otra vez al mismo sitio ala puerta del hotel que estaba 500 metro ala izquierda de la estación cuando me avían prometido sino en cuentra taxis cuando llegue ala estación nos llama y le enviamos uno falso que tuve que coger entré irme al aéreo puerto i coger un taxi allí fatal no selo recomiendo a. ANADIE ……………..
