Over all great hotel! But the parking bill, when I didn’t use parking spot was upsetting!
Pros:

Location- it was close to The consulate I needed to visit

Cons:

I was charged for parking. When I arrived and left the hotel using Uber Services.

A bit dated and too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Nice staff, central location for shopping (next to Galleria).

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated. First room wasn't clean, smelled weird, toilet was broken. Front desk clerk was super nice, though. He gave us another room right away. The new room was better. Overall it was clean, however, cleaningness could be improved (specially in the bathroom).
Parking: There was a misunderstanding with the parking, since we got a ticket on the second day. The problem was resolved quickly too, but it was another task that we had to take care of.

Gave my room away
Cons:

They gave up my room I booked months back. When I arrived after an 8 hour trip, I was told they had no available rooms. I had also booked a room for a friend but their booking was fine. Won’t book here again.
