Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and maps to help us navigate this wonderful city. Hotel was beautiful, rooftop area was relaxing, beautiful and amazing cocktails. Our room was spacious, air conditioning amazing, beds so comfortable, however our room didn't have window or balcony, think this was my mistake though when I booked, but wasn't issue as didn't want waste time in room as so much to explore in seville. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

Location and facilities all fabulous. The staff were very helpful. There’s a nice rooftop terrace and pool where you can have a drink.

Cons:

Bring ear plugs for your stay as the church next door has a bell that rings very frequently.

Perfect location, amazing staff and fantastic rooms!
Pros:

The facilities, location but more importantly the staff were absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish they were more than happy to assist with any questions we asked. Rooms were clean and fresh.

The hotel is beautiful, immaculate, and we cannot wait to return.
Pros:

We would like to offer our sincere thanks for what was, quite simply, a wonderful stay. We were so taken aback by everyone's kindness, and hospitaity, with nothing being seen as too much of a bother. We felt so well rested and relaxed after our holiday, and it was all the more special staying in such a historically significant venue. Special thanks also to Pedro V, and Patricia M, who helped us with facilitating an ‘odd request’ - providing the use of a Hoover so we could seal our vacuum-seal bags :)

A brilliant stay, lovely staff and a great hotel. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely choice of 2 small pools and rooftop terraces. Air con was fantastic along with the fast WiFi and brilliant service from staff. Constant restocking of water in the rooms and gym.

Cons:

Great that there is a gym, but it’s very small and would probably only get 2 people in there.
