Excellent hotel with warm, friendly and helpful team. We felt very well looked after.
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Patricia was so welcoming on arrival and gave us helpful advice about places to visit and areas for restaurants. Hotel centrally located with good restaurants within walking distance.
All areas of hotel were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable.
Excellent breakfast with wider range of foods available and lovely coffee.

Cons:

One of our beds was a bit creaky, but otherwise no complaints.
Would be helpful to have bigger bottles of water in the rooms.

I truly memorable stay in Seville.

Pros:

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Perfect for all the local attractions.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that we stayed in a standard double room last year and this year we upgraded to a superior double but we were given exactly the same room as the year before.
