Unique building, great location close to hip attractions and railway station.
Pros:

The building is a historical structure and the atmosphere is unique. The sauna was great. Very close to the railway station.

Cons:

Coming from the railway station, Initially it was difficult to find the way to the entrance, they should put up signs to help find it.

service. Front desk attendants seemed not to care.

The elevators. Major breakdown on one (far right side facing the elevators on lobby level). Very scary incident with 4 of us in it, crashed to a sudden stop before our floor, then rose unbidden to the top floor 17th and opened, but had to go back down because that seemed to be the only elevator up there? Crashed to a stop again at M level and started to rise again. Only stopped when we pushed R level. We reported this to the front desk attendant who seemed indifferent. No sign was placed on it as far as we saw. We avoided that elevator but we still did not trust the others either--no one reassured us about the safety of their technolog.
