Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist nicht ausreichend, der Straßenlärm war im Zimmer nachts deutlich zu hören. Außerdem war es unerträglich heiß und stickig. Offenbar verfügen die Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage und scheinbar war während unseres Aufenthalts das zentrale Belüftungssystem im Hotel ausgefallen. Dafür gab es an der Rezeption eine Flasche Wasser. Eine Erstattung bzw. ein erheblicher Preisnachlass wäre angemessener gewesen, denn so war die Nacht kaum zu ertragen. Hätten wir das geahnt, hätten wir selbstverständlich gar nicht im Mövenpick gebucht.

Aufgrund der ausgefallenen Klimaanlage nicht ganz stressfrei.

Interessantes Gebäude, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur defekt. In unserem Zimmer in der 12 Etage konnten die Fenster nur angekippt werden, so dass eine Luftzirkulation und ein Lüften in der Nacht nicht möglich waren. Nach einer Nacht mit 31 Grad im Raum baten wir um ein Anderes, wo die Fenster geöffnet werden können. Das wurde uns umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt!!!
Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht, für den Ausfall der Klimaanlage waren sie ja auch nicht verantwortlich. Außerdem erhielten wir einen Nachlass auf unsere Buchung. Mit einer intakten Klimaanlage ein durchaus empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtetrip.
