Sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Sehr zentral. S-Bahn vor der Tür. Park ebenso.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und toll ausgestattet. Das Ambiente im Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und besonders.

Toll war auch der Sauna Bereich. Getränke waren kostenfrei vorhanden und die Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte oft überfordert. Meist nur eine Mitarbeiterin am Check Inn, daher musste man ewig warten um Fragen beantwortet zu bekommen.

Das Parkhaus war als FREI gekennzeichnet obwohl es besetzt war und Parkplätzte vor dem Hotel wurden nur auf Nachfrage geöffnet.

Personal freundlich, Spa-Bereich für einen Städtrip ausreichend, Frühstück mit wirklich guter Auswahl und Qualität.
Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Nur Verdunklungsmöglichkeit für 2 der 3 Fenster, Sauna an einem von drei Abenden zu früh ausgeschaltet, am anderen zu spät eingeschaltet.
Zimmer trotz eingestellter Temperatur auf 19 Grad sehr warm.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut. Für den Marathon in Hamburg sogar sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war auf den Marathon nicht vorbereitet. 1 Stunde Wartezeit für den Eincheck ist schon viel.
Dazu war es doch sehr laut, wir haben in der 11 Etage gewohnt und man hat eine sehr starke Geräuschkulisse.

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Gebäude, tolle Aussicht, gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, aber auch zu Fuß ist man schnell an der Reeperbahn oder in der City. Das Frühstück ist spitze und wird immer wieder aufgefüllt.
