Great staff, but not comfort inn cleanliness of past visits.
Pros:

The staff were all so kind and helpful. Last room available. I’m grateful we we had a place to stay after a long drive.

Cons:

The hallway carpet is so dirty and stained when walking from elevator to your room on second floor. The bathroom in our room has rust around the doorway from moisture. Possibly from no exhaust fan in bathroom. Bathtub bottom had some yellow staining from prior guests and some mold in the caulking around the tub. Third floor ice machine out of order. Easy fixes. Not being picky, just needs some maintenance and attention to Room 210. Thank you

Pros:

Customer service is always clean excellent

Cons:

The next day, the price went up due to concert when I’m already have a room. I wish they honored the previous price since I was already in my room, but they did try to accommodate the best they can. Besides the price hike , place is excellent. I would recommend to anyone to come and stay..

It was easy for a last minute booking.
Pros:

That it was clean. We had a good size room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The description of the room said that it had a bathtub. But it did not.
