Frühstück bitte vom Service verbessern

Gute Lage

Cons:

1 Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück. Lange warteschleife davor. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Der Herr von der Rezeption hat nur die Zimmernr. abgehakt und sich versonnen in der Nase gebohrt.
Nachdem wir den Aufpreis für das Wellness bezahlt haben wurde uns eröffnet, dass eine große Gruppe auch reserviert hat. Die Sauna war nicht in Betrieb, Sprudelnd besetzt, Handtücher lagen keine bereit, mussten nochmals hoch aufs Zimmer, um diese zu holen. Schade ums Geld.
In der Bar lief ein uraltes Fußballspiel Deutschland Argentinien 2016 ?

Déçues malgré un super emplacement et un personnel aimable

L’emplacement

Cons:

La chambre dite supérieure mais qui etait petite et mal équipée : une seule chaise, rien pour poser la valise, un mini bar qu’on ne pouvait pas brancher car pas de prise
Quant au spa le sauna et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnaient pas ni les jets dans la piscine
C’était le samedi matin
Nous avons été très déçues

Hotel bien situé, chambre agréable et moderne , literie confortable, petit déjeuner très bon, infrastructures du spa sympas,

Cons:

Un groupe d'une dizaine d'hommes bruyants est arrivés au spa et a occupé l espace,ils criaient, chantaient ,parlaient très fort. On les entendait même dans le hammam fermé. Des jeunes enfants étaient présents et ne comprenaient pas ce qui se passait, certains portaient des shorts de bain ce qui est interdit même dans les piscines municipales.. résultat : les gens sont partis et leur ont laissé tout l espace Quel dommage l espace détente n en étaient pas un et pourtant chacun a payé pour cet accès

Beau séjour
Pros:

La proximité du centre, du casino, du théâtre, des thermes.
La vue, top , nous étions au derrière étage.
Le spa et la piscine très accessible directement de la chambre
Le petit déjeuner copieux

Cons:

Le bruit a la piscine et le nombre important d'enfants dans le jacuzzi et la piscine...nous avons nous même des enfants mais ce lieu n'est semble-t-il pas approprié pour eux...ducoup pas très reposant.
La propreté de la salle de bain et la douche était bouché.

Un séjour bien en dessous de mes attentes dans un hôtel 4 étoiles

L'emplacement, le parking Top

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude le vendredi matin, la chambre pas faites à 16 h le vendredi, pas possible de régler la climatisation en chambre, sur 22 un jour de pluie c'est trop froid, tout reste humide en chambre. Le vendredi matin plus d'assiettes au petit déjeuner et personnel caché en cuisine.
