Pros:

What breakfast? Last year when we stayed, there were muffins and fruit. This time we were told your shipment had not come in. We were there for two days before bananas and small tangerines came in. The bottled water was a nice touch.

Cons:

Go back to at least having muffins, along with fruit. We are considering a location with continental breakfast.

Pros:

Everything about Surfbreak was fantastic. Perfect location. Excellent facilities, really comfortable and the entire Staff team were go helpful and professional

Tv was very old, the lighting and colors of the tv kept changing. We also used the microwave and half of the room power went out

Great Stay
Pros:

I loved the location. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site was spectacular. There were several places around to eat

Don’t know if I would be returning I did like the area and I did like the room when we actually got into said room

Oh yeah, got there to check in after 4 PM. Our room door was not able to be unlocked even with the keys. The maintenance person also came to try their best, but we had to downgrade pretty much and we didn’t get any sort of compensation or any money off of the 400+ dollar stay. We waited over an hour closer to two hours before they decided to give us a new room that was a bottom floor room.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and even though there were a few cons that we wrote about above, we would recommend this

We really enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the building/property

Cons:

We didn’t like that the restaurant attached as a part of the property as advertised was sporadically opened, and we never knew when the hours of them being opened would be, we also never knew when the pool would be opened or when it would be closed and the outside door, which was supposed to be locked every night at 10 PM was always left opened for anyone to go in and out of
