Pros:

Staff was accommodating. Very professional. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Very friendly. The location was perfect and I had a great time.

Cons:

I overheard some of the younger staff members not being so nice to an older desk clerk. They were just mean, talking poorly about her and she was the sweetest woman. I hate to see that.

I liked the view & closeness to the beach & shops.

Cons:

I didn't like there was no air in the elevators at all. The water in the sink didn't hardly want to go down so the sink area looked disgusting for about an hour after using the sink where the water just stood in the sink. On 2 different days house keeping came & there were no clean bath towels or big towels. We had to wait 9 hours which is unacceptable when you're at a beach area of course families are showering & needing towels a couple times a day so they should always be in stock. As much as this room cost, towels should not be an issue. We're having to wait all day on 2 separate days to shower or go to a store & buy towels. The washers & the dryers don't work either. We put our money on only to be told oh they don't work....so why weren't we told that?? The entire laundry area should've been locked & not accessed!!! It was one disappointing thing after the next. We were ready to leave.

Pros:

El hotel no tiene desayuno pero tiene una estación de café,té y chocolate caliente 24/7 y en las mañanas ponen fruta y barras de granola , además tienen agua embotellada todo el tiempo . Quede muy complacida muy buen servicio

This hotel must be one of the worst beach front hotels in Virginia Beach.
Pros:

The shower had good pressure.

Cons:

The room view was horrible. It was obstructed by the attached restaurant. I went for the 250 4th of July and had an obstructed view of the fireworks. The parking was horrible. You had to drive a block away to a shared parking lot to park. The toilet flush was slow and it took the toilet over 3 minutes to refill. The TV in room kept shutting off for no reason and would not come back on. The AC was extremely noisy and was clearly close to breaking. It emitted a electronic burning smell on occasion. On one day the cleaning team took our towels without filling replacing all of them. Overall this hotel focuses on maximizing occupancy rather than proving amenities to it's patrons.

The vibe was amazing. Customer service was really a 9. Room was beautiful and clean. Oceanfront view was amazingly beautiful.
