Cons:

Wir hatten bewusst ein Doppelzimmer der höheren Kategorie gebucht, insbesondere aufgrund der in der Beschreibung angegebenen deutlich größeren Zimmerfläche.

Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das zugewiesene Zimmer erheblich kleiner war und lediglich etwa die Hälfte der angegebenen Größe aufwies. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich um das letzte verfügbare Zimmer handele, welches üblicherweise als Einzelzimmer genutzt wird.

Diese wesentliche Abweichung von der gebuchten Leistung wurde uns weder vorab noch beim Check-in kommuniziert. Auch die Ausstattung entsprach offensichtlich nicht einem Doppelzimmer, was sich unter anderem durch fehlende Utensilien für die zweite Person (z. B. ein zweiter Bademantel) zeigte.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Situation. Trotz der erheblichen Einschränkung wurde weder eine alternative Lösung angeboten noch die fehlende Ausstattung ergänzt. Ebenso wurde keinerlei Preisnachlass in Erwägung gezogen.

Wir haben somit den Preis für ein Doppelzimmer der höheren Kategorie bezahlt, jedoch ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer erhalten, das nach Aussage des Hotels normalerweise als Einzelzimmer genutzt wird. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht dies weder der gebuchten Leistung noch einem angemessenen Umgang mit Gästen bei einer derart offensichtlichen Abweichung von der Buchung.

Teurer aber sehr leckerer und stylischer Aufenthalt!

Tolle Lage, super Club-Atmosphäre am Abend in der großen und stylischen Bar, ein extrem tolles Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Der Preis von 35€ pro Person für das Frühstück, das nicht in dem schon recht hohen Übernachtungspreis enthalten war. Das beim Frühstück die Marmeladen nicht beschriftet waren, dadurch konnte man sie nicht gut unterscheiden.
