En mycket bra 4-stjärnig upplevelse.
Pros:

Stora fräscha rum. Otroligt skön säng och kuddar. Superb tyst air conditioning. Trevlig touch att bjuda på ett par flip flops.
Fantastisk frukost.
Tipsar om att även äta på restaurangen på kvällen. Superbra sushi, trevlig service och lite extra överraskningar (både till sushin och efterrätten).

Wir kommen nicht wieder! Früher war es besser.

Die Lage des Hotel ist super!

Cons:

Das Türschloss des Zimmers ließ sich nicht verriegeln. Die Tür konnte zu jeder Zeit von außen geöffnet werden, selbst als es von innen verriegelt wurde. Das Hotelpersonal konnte leider keine Abhilfe schaffen!

Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht.

Unser Zimmer war 18:30h am Anreisetag noch nicht bezugsfertig. Wir erhielten lediglich zwei Verzehrkarten für Fanta/ Cola/ Sprite oder einen 0,1l Sekt.

An der Bar wurden wiederholt unsere Bestellungen vergessen.

Wir werden seit 3 Wochen permanent aufgefordert, eine Bewertung abzugeben. Darauf hätte ich sonst verzichtet!

Insgesamt enttäuschend!

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zur Reeperbahn

Schönes Design-Hotel, sehr modern

Cons:

Design- Waschschüssel ist sehr unpraktisch, man kann sich nicht mal ordentlich Gesicht waschen, bei einigen Sachen zählt Design vor Praktikabel
