Review Highlights

Pros:
Helpful, friendly and polite staff (multiple mentions)
Excellent and diverse breakfast
Good central location near Century Park and local shops/restaurants
Spacious, well-maintained rooms
Swimming pool and self-service laundry available
Great coffee/espresso
Cons:
Cigarette smoke odor reported in room and corridors
Slow or inconsistent WiFi
Some room furnishings dated; worn beds and soft pillows
At least one serious report of disputed/extra charges affecting payment
Occasional reports of rooms being a little dirty

Categories

Cleanliness
7.3
Mostly reported as clean and tidy in many reviews, but several mentions of cigarette smell in rooms/corridors and a few notes of rooms being 'a little dirty' lowered this score.
Service
8.4
Service repeatedly praised (helpful, friendly staff; specific positive mention of front-desk staff upgrading a room), though one serious complaint about a disputed extra charge reduced the score slightly; overall boosted to reflect consistent positive staff feedback.
Location
8.6
Location frequently praised (close to Century Park, nearby stores, restaurants and halal options); a minor note about being a bit far from the metro for one reviewer did not materially reduce the strong location sentiment.
Room Quality
7.3
Rooms described as big and spacious and generally well maintained, but several comments about worn beds, dated furniture and soft pillows lowered this category.
Amenities
7.8
Good on amenities commonly cited (breakfast, pool, self-service laundry, strong espresso), but inconsistent WiFi performance and some basic-room comments reduced the score slightly.
Value for Money
6.9
Mixed signals: many guests felt the stay was good value for the level of service, but the reported incident of unexpected/held charges and payment dispute negatively affected perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Repeated praise for diverse, tasty and excellent breakfasts and strong coffee/espresso justifies a high score in F&B.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall sentiment is positive with multiple 'highly recommended' and 'great stay' comments; isolated negatives (smoke smell, WiFi, charge dispute) kept the rating from being higher.

Dudo que me quedo aqui otra vez
Pros:

Pros:

Close to exhibition centre

Cons:

The room is damp, beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets are smelly and not dry enough. Colour in the corridor is depressing and so confuse on where the room number is

Excelente hotel para negocios en Shanghai
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en Shanghai. Personal atento y servicial. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones y el servicio fue rápido y muy limpio. También utilice el gimnasio que aunque chiquito está bien equipado. Recomiendo este hotel 100%
