Kids running up and down the hall in the middle of the night
The breakfasts and the staff are super friendly.
It's strange because this was my second time staying here. The first time I loved it, which is why we decided to book again. Unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment. The bed was dirty, and it looked like the bedding hadn't been changed. The blankets had a urine stain, smelled strongly of urine, and there was dog hair on the bed. I even had to change the bedding myself just so we could sleep. It's really disappointing because we came back expecting the same great experience we had the first time. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards so this doesn't happen to other guests.
Hotel staff very friendly and courteous. However, this is a terrible property in an extremely unsafe area of Albuquerque. Both elevators were out of order. We were given a room on the fourth floor. An employee helped us with some of our baggage and mentioned that the elevators are always problematic. There was an armed guard in the parking lot with a bullet proof vest and other protective equipment.
The room was worn out and smelled of worker sweat. There were tools left in our room indicating that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our stay.
Homeless people and vagrants were roaming the area. Looking more closely at this property and surrounding hotels, all had security fences. One hotel across the street had gone out of business and all the windows had been boarded up with plywood.
On our drive to dinner, we noticed that most businesses and residential buildings had security bars on the doors and windows.
On our fourth trek up the four flights of stairs to our nasty room we made the decision to leave. We told the front desk why and they were very apologetic and assured us that the general manager would call us and that our card would not be charged. We never got a call and our credit card was billed and a receipt emailed to us.
Interestingly, we were never sent a "review" email that Hilton always sends out.
This property is not the typical "Hilton" family hotel. It is poorly maintained and just nasty and dirty in general.
Everything was just fine. We’ve stayed here before and going to book again on our way home
This reservation was canceled with Booking and the Hampton Inn. I spoke with Booking on 6-11-26 about a refund. Still waiting and still receiving emails about the stay. Get organized Booking. Com!
Continued poor customer service from Booking. Com
Lovely landscaping and convenient to restaurants
The room and clean bedding.
That the jacuzzi was down.
Very convenient off I40. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet on my long road trip home. Breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly. The fridge actually kept cold which is not normal in hotels. The freezer section even worked!
The elevator was loud and only 1 was working- but it was working. There was a smell when I first entered the room like it had been previously smoked in but it went away quickly and did not complain.
The staff was very helpful and courteous.
One elevator was broken.
The location was ok, but it was a little bit tricky to head south to Iliff.
Nothing
Cleanliness my daughter found something she shouldn't have and would like a refund. We ended up not staying there
The room was a great size for my family. The breakfast had a great selection, pool was great. Location was amazing.
The couch bed was broken but luckily it was only needed for my child and he didn't mind.
For my needs everything was excelent. Room was huge, breakfast was good, staff was really friendly. I received txt to ask about my stay and I could reply if I needed anything. If I find a deal with this Hotel in the future I will def. Be staying there again.
I didnt find anything wrong
