This hotel is not up to Hampton standards. I would not stay here again
Pros:

It was convenient to our travel route. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was quite disappointing. There were stains on the carpet that looked like fecal stains from a pet. Some tiles in the bathroom were loose and one was cracked in three places. The grout looked moldy. The bathtub crackled when you stood in it. I thought it was going to break under my feet. We just finished staying at a Hampton Inn in PA and it was the total opposite of this location for just about 20.00 more a night which I’m sure the higher rate was due to the fact it was in a tourist destination. The two locations were like day and night. Also us and others checking in had to wait about 20 minutes before the desk clerk showed up. She said she was sorry and dealing with an issue but there were three parties waiting to check in. Why isn’t there a second employee that can help?

overall, left disappointed, we waited until 12:00 check out, the water never warmed up.
Pros:

Parking was good, breakfast was good, lobby staff very friendly

Cons:

No hot water, the beds for the reservations were for two queen beds, however we had double size beds and one sleep sofa. The beds were small for 2 people, the sofa pull out was not clean on the top, the sofa bed was very undercomfortable, the spring mattress is old, you can feel the springs on your back, plus at the corner it's broken so the bed hangs thru. Not being able to shower was the worst part, I tried to in the cold water. We tried to stay until 12:00 check out so we could shower and be on our 40hour trip home feeling awful, we could NOT enjoy a good sit down meal at a restaurant with our no showers.

Pros:

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was worth waking g up for on both days of our stay. Te facilities are all well kept and working fine. The pool was not working when we arrived but was fixed rather quickly

Great stay, my kids and mom loved it.
Pros:

The location was perfect! Close to the venue where the concert I went to see was held. Also close to old town. Breakfast had a wide variety and staff at check in and check out was amazing.

Cons:

The spa was closed unfortunately, in turn the swimming pool was VERY warm which was nice but it would have been nice to be able to go into the jacuzzi and choose a refreshing pool if we wanted to.

As a last minute decision this was an excellent choice!
