Overall our stay was good, we were happy with it.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee service, we had an issue with the room they initially gave us, but the staff went out of their way to take care of us, and get us another room very quickly.

Cons:

If I had to give some constructive criticism, it would have to be the fact that one of the elevators was not working, and that there was a chair missing from our room.

Good for short stay
Pros:

Location was good, Room was good, we were only there to basically sleep in a stop over on our way home. Price is good and room is big enough for our family of 5. Breakfast was good before we got on the road.

Cons:

It is a little dated, and there was an elevator down and the hot tub was not working either.

Overall, wonderful stay!! Absolutely would stay again
Pros:

The hotel staff was very welcoming!! Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, plenty of shampoo, conitioner, etc and they served the best breakfast iv ever had a hotel!! Well done 👏 wish I would have been able to stay longer than one night

Cons:

The pool looked dirty, used towels all over the empty chairs, jacuzzi was out of order, and the ground outside the pool was super slippery and my son fell after getting out of the pool

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at . . Ever! Avoid at all cost!
Pros:

Green water in both the pool and spa. Holes in walls. Filthy interiors and all furniture damaged, chipped and overall poor condition. AC stopped working in our room and the front desk just told us to crack our window. Peeling wallpaper. Bathroom tile has complete pieces tile lifting from the floor, which sticks up about a half inch. Bathroom door molding hanging off the wall. One elevator broken and the other was making a horrible noise, so much that I was looking for the stairs. Sound coming from the room hall that sounded like a smoke alarm, ended up being the ice machine, they turn it off and a while later it’s back on. One last nail in the coffin was to arrive back at the hotel following dinner to see to cops in full gear, including bullet proof vests, and then we heard them asking the front desk person if everything was okay tonight. That made me feel real safe. Fuming!

Hilton we’ve been long time customers for years but this doesn’t cut it! You’re loosing a customer.

We had a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

We loved the room. It was very clean and very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast that was available. There were so many choices and there seemed to be something for eveyone.

Cons:

We didn't like having to use the elevator. It was very shaky and seemed like it could use some repairs. The buttons also wouldn't work sometimes, which was very concerning. It felt like at any moment, we could get stuck in the elevator.

I’m happy with the stay—it’s a nice hotel, but it could use a bit of a modern update.
