O quarto atribuído era substancialmente diferente do apresentado nas fotografias do anúncio, possuindo apenas janelas de sótão. Após apresentar reclamação na receção, limitaram-se a lamentar a situação, justificando que o hotel se encontrava cheio e que não era possível efetuar a troca.
Considero que deveria ser ressarcido do valor pago, uma vez que fui induzido em erro pela descrição e pelas imagens. Se a tipologia real tivesse sido comunicada com rigor, nunca teria feito a reserva.

Localização central. Bom pequeno almoço. Confortável. Decoração cuidada e atraente. Funcionários simpáticos. Esplanada exterior muito agradável.

Cons:

O hotel não dispõe de garagem própria. No entanto, existe um parque de estacionamento mesmo em frente.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, lsabel en recepción muy amable, limpieza de 10, desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Cierran a las 23h la cocina del hotel, si como es mi caso llegas tarde por trabajo no hay ninguna opción para proporcionarte algo de picar. Un hotel de esta categoría debería contar con un mínimo servicio para los clientes del hotel.

Room was satisfactory for a hotel advertised as a 4 star hotel. However room started to look dated.

Cons:

Staff in the bar was rude and not what one expected in a 4 star hotel. After a busy day I decided to have a coffee in the afternoon. I asked if they served coffee and said yes. I proceeded to sit in a large table. Smaller tables only had little seats not suitable for someone like me who is 1.87 m tall.
However one member of the staff asked me to move to a smaller table to free the large one. There was only two other people in the very large room. I was not happy and then the "boss" being the bar shouted at me telling me that they needed the larger tables free if people arrived. Reluctantly I moved. They took a long time to bring the coffee taking into consideration there was no other people ordering. The room continued to be empty one hotel later.
This is rude and not the way I am expected to be treated in a hotel.
