Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e con vista sull'oceano. Le camere sono di buon livello, anche il bagno, ma un po piccole. Il bagno ha un lavabo in vetro, molto brutto perchè si vedono i tubi, ed è piccolissimo. Inoltre il rubinetto è corto, l'acqua cade proprio sul bordo del lavabo e rende difficoltoso lavarsi senza bagnare tutto.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione, eravamo sulla strada e si sentivano le auto come fossero in camera. Per fortuna di notte non c'è stato molto traffico.
La climatizzazione. Siamo arrivati in hotel il pomeriggio, la stanza era calda ed il clima spento. Siamo usciti e rientrati la sera e la stanza era freddissima (non più di 16/17 gradi) col clima accesso in modalità raffreddamento (tenete presente che fuori c'erano solo 17 gradi giornata nuvolosa e ventosa). Impossibile cambiare la modalità del clima a riscaldamento. Sono sceso in portineria, ho fatto presente la situazione, mi è stato detto che il sistema è centralizzato, era per tutti a freddo (!?!?) e non potevano cambiarlo. Quindi spento il clima per non raffreddare ulteriormente la stanza, passata la notte abbastanza al freddo, anche sotto le coperte, poi la mattina scopro che il clima era ripartito, in modalità caldo e stava arrivando aria caldissima, assurdo. Devo dire che sono comunque stati gentili e non mi hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio come indennizzo per l'inconveniente, ma avrei preferito passare la sera/notte al caldo e pagare il parcheggio. Mai successo prima, in 40 anni che utilizzo hotels, di soggiornare in un 4 stelle ed dover dormire al freddo! In generale una struttura che non rispecchia al 100% le 5 stelle

Pros:

It was right in the heart of Vigo, lots of restaurants, lots of beautiful views of the city end of the waterways!
The staff was exceptional! They let us check in early, give us restaurant ideas, and booked us a taxi!!!

situation géographique, la litterie

Cons:

La responsable de réception (le matin du 28/04/26), désagréable, arrogante et mal élevée.
Pas de possibilité de commander des œufs au plat au petit déjeuner.
Pas de grand mirroir dans la chambre, juste dans la salle de bain...
Pas de fontaine d'eau à l'accueil...
on parle d'un 4 étoiles...

Hotel sehr schön mitten drin dadurch aber sehr laut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Mitten im aktiven Leben. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Bei offener Balkontüre war der Lärm bis 4 Uhr morgens ganz schön laut. Für Ruhe suchende nicht zu empfehlen.
