Convenient for business trip
Over priced. Charged a £150 golfing fee for five night stay!
Everything was excellent could not fault it. My partner has an intolerance to garlic and similar to other properties there is a limit what is on offer but the staff in the Market Restaurant including the chef and a man called Elliot were excellent going through the menu to mix and match to enable a dish to be available. Five stars.
Nothing !!!!!. Excellent
Spacious, comfortable bed. Quality breakfast
Nice and clean
4 star hotel, had to pay for parking in their private car park. No hot water on our last day. Hot food for breakfast very long wait
The room was spacious, comfortable beds and very clean. The towels were nice and fluffy. The food was great and generous potions. Free parking as long as you registered
We had a great experience nothing to fault
Staff were good
I think charging for parking is a rip off.
Close to business and motorway
Over priced
The room was clean and tidy and very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the location was very good. The dinner we had was excellent, I particularly liked the desert, the lobby was cool and comfortable, reception was helpful. The car park was spacious
The meal my group had was delicious and served hot, the atmosphere was very conducive for socialising. Our meeting went exceptionally well. Thank you.
The kettle was absolutely dirty, disgusting and it is very disappointing as I only noticed after having my first coffee of the morning. Reported back to the reception and they were kind to offer a coffee for free and not charging for car park however I wanted to report this as a feedback and hence didn’t want to take any complimentary. Such basics going wrong is quite shocking though. I hope you take immediate action and respond me back.
Staff were friendly
Clean and comfortable
Could have done with alternative milk in the room for tea(oat)
Seem the room was rushed cleaned
Rubbish left on the door
Air conditioning in the rooms
Check in was a bit of a joke - rooms not ready at check in time despite being booked in advance - apparently this was my fault as I'd asked for 2 rooms close together! My group and I were left sitting in the foyer for over 40 minutes and had to repeatedly ask if our room's were ready!
Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like the springs were poking through (I was assured by the reception staff that they were all brand new mattresses only 2 months ago, if this is the case I'd be asking for a refund!) and pillows were a joke. Also the fact you have to pay for parking.
