Although we had an enjoyable stay

there is no teeth brush kit and we book one king bed we dont order 2 beds in room we already book decoration nd ballons and breakfast te corner room they give nothing
The executive lounge was comfortable and fully stocked. Room was fine.
Check in was long on a very hot day. Although there were apologies, a drink whilst queueing would have been nice. Restaurant food was disappointing but staff were very helpful.

Wow, the front desk staff were amazing Sarah and Amanda were really helpful.
I came down to reception quite a few times for different reasons and the Sarah dealt with all my requests and answered all my questions professionally.

I asked for extra tea bags - tried reception with no response. Emailed the request using the app. Asked the in dining room waiter to see how I could get some but got told call reception.

Location, food,josh who works in the bar man was very polite, professional and funny
Hard mattress, one socket ?had to boil the kettle on the floor and very out of date switches! Couldn’t charge my phone, reception said it is being addressed, how easy it is for strangers to excess upstairs ,we had an incident where someone was trying our door! Luckily it was locked call reception and someone came upstairs quickly!
