Amazing
Pros:

What really stood out to me was the wonderful team. Every member of staff seemed genuinely committed to making the hotel feel like a home away from home. It’s not just the service, but the warmth, kindness, and little touches that make you feel truly welcomed and looked after.

You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the experience they create for their guests, and that certainly came across here. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay feel so comfortable, personal, and memorable. It’s people like this who make you want to return.

Pros:

We got a free room upgrade including the executive lounge which made it good value for money. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

On the expensive side (if we hadn't been given an upgrade)
One of the bottles in the shower was totally empty - I think these should be checked daily with it being a 4 star hotel.

The Marriot staff made a difficult week not only manageable but also welcoming, supportive and memorable.
Pros:

I stayed in Leicester during a physically challenging and emotionally demanding week of hospital visits. The staff were welcoming, extremely helpful, attentive and caring. Everyone did all they could to ease my week. My accessible room made everything easier; my dietary needs were accommodated within Room Service and restaurant meals by cheerful, staff members who were willing to do whatever was needed to make my stay recuperative. The service and accommodation were excellent.

Natalie in breakfast was exceptional
Breakfast could have had more fresh items such as salad/fish

Coffee was poor - didnt like the vending option at all

An Excellent place away from home
Pros:
