Sauberkeit verbessern
Pros:

Freundliches Personal,helle Räume.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht ein Zimmer,aber eine saubere Klobrille und einen sauberen Spiegel hätten wir dennoch gerne gehabt.

Das Zimmer sehr sauber , Auswahl beim Frühstück hat gepasst und war gut
Tiefgaragenplatz perfekt.

Alles in allem ein schönes Wochenende verbracht.
Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Katastrophe !!
Pros:

Frühstück Auswahl nicht der Standard welcher in Deutschland der Gewohnheit entspricht. Die Dame am Empfang war in Sachen Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Die Zimmer waren bereit, um dann vor dem "Check In" nochmals 15,-Euro pro Zimmer abzukassieren ist ne Frechheit. Ich hatte 4 Zimmer gebucht, in die ich erst später reinkam, da ich nicht bereit war die 60,- Euro zu bezahlen. In allen 4 Zimmern ging die Klimaanlage nicht.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus, der Rest eher enttäuschend.................................................................................

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir gefragt, ob wir uns zunächst erfrischen möchten und ob wir unser Gepäck abstellen möchten. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man heutzutage wirklich nicht in jedem Hotel und hat bei uns direkt einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Auch das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren jetzt das 2 mal hier und würden immer wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen.Direkt gegenüber ist die Bus und Bahnhaltestelle.
Nur eine Station gefahren oder 4 min gelaufen kommt man zur U Bahn die einen direkt zum Bahnhof oder in die Altstadt bringt.
Das Hotel liegt an einer befahrenen Straße was natürlich den Lärm mit sich bringt.
Dem muss man sich beweist sein.Aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man absolut nicht mehr 👍🏻

Cons:

Bei etwas heißeren Tagen wäre es gut wenn die Klimaanlage mehr power hätte.
