The only thing I can think of is the bed. But I’m a little picky and used to my own mattress.
El desayuno: Sitio limpio, bien decorado. Excelente variedad y abundancia. Servicio rápido y muy amable. Me encantó que fuera hasta las 12M el servicio.. Los felicito.!!!
El último día, tuve que salir a las antes de las 7 AM y no pude desayunar en el hotel
Me gusto mucho la ubicación y también que las habitaciones estaban cómodas, la vista es excelente y hay opciones para cuando sales buscar algún restaurante o incluso moverte por la ciudad.
El personal de recepción no ponía atención cuando llegabas ya que para abrir la pluma tardaban mucho en darte el acceso, faltaba mas limpieza ya que en la habitación que reserve algunas mesas estaban manchadas y faltaban toallas y también se iba mucho la señal en la televisión.

Me inactivaron la llave de acceso por un faltante de $200 antes del check out, diferencia que ocasionaron ellos al registrar el total en una cantidad menor en esa diferencia.
Me.tratarom como si hubiera provocado la diferencia. Al otro dia me cambie de hotel por este trato
La alberca estaba fuera de servicio , no la pude usar la admon no estaba enterada
La ubicación, el desayuno, estacionamiento seguro. Nada más
Era una Suite Jr. pero parecía habitación simple, la vista horrible para ser Suite, daba a una azotea con aires acondicionados terribles.
En cualquier hotel que he ido te dan de cortesía café, aquí estaba la cafetera solamente, sin insumos.
La desición de ir a este hotel fue por la alberca, pues la alberca estaba insufrible, dice que está climatizada, pero los dos días que estuve aquí, estuvo el agua helada a pesar de haber informado al personal, solo se justificaban que no sabian porqué y que iban a ver, total nunca se calentó ni un poco la alberca.
Flexibilidad del personal para corregir mi día de reserva.
