Struttura affacciata sul mare articolata su due piani di recente costruzione. Stanze pulite, abbastanza spaziose e nel caso mio con un balcone vivibile molto piacevole. Bagno ampio e nell'insieme la camera era ben insonorizzata. Letto comodo

Ho fatto già la recensione su Google ma la faccio anche qui perché questo posto merita come merita il personale ... Comunque lo consiglio hanno il parcheggio videosorvegliato h 24 il ,stanze bellissime e super pulite con ogni tipo di comfort.. vista mare ,colazione in camera "se volete" e poi che dire uno staff davvero super professionale ,sempre con il sorriso e pronti a consigliare le cose che puoi fare luoghi e ristorante da visitare e anche per andare a mangiare .. devo dire che ci tornerò.. davvero complimenti ❤️

Se devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, non mi ha fatto piacere trovare il soffione della doccia del bagno rotto e quindi doverlo far presente… Ma il personale è stato estremamente efficiente perché dopo pochi istanti è stato sostituito.
Vista mozzafiato e relax.Svegliarsi con la vista sul golfo è un' emozione unica.
La camera era spaziosa e dotata di ogni confort.Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona.ideale per staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza di Pozzuoli.Colazione impeccabile.
Other than the view from the balcony. The stay was below basic standards. The customer service was disappointing. I booked a a superior double room with an option of separate beds I chose a queen and twin bed. Instead they gave me a standard twin room. When i went to address it at front desk they were rude and not even helpful instead they said that’s what a double room is and to not look at the pictures or details of the booking. I paid for superior double room not a twin room. I find it crazy that this day and age some establishment don’t have simple customer service standards. The room was so small for 2 people, dark no lamp on night stand. I had to go through booking.com to address this issue and request for a refund. I wouldn’t stay here again after the experience I had.
