Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful
Location and shuttle bus were good

Cons:

The hotel was a bit run down looking and outdated.The food wasn't great.

I stayed over during the layover to USA, had to be close to the airport. I think that 222 euro for the room I stayed in
Pros:

Staff was amazing, very nice and very helpful, I would happily go back there for the staff only.

Cons:

It was a nice clean room very basic and I cannot complain, but I don’t think that it was worth the money.
Room was very small and bathroom tiny, there was some mold visible in the shower and shower hose had seen better days.

Comfortable bed and close to the airport.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast - One of the staff guys told us if we wanted something cooked for breakfast it required 30 minutes. So, we only ate the items available on the buffet.

The convenience of staying close to the airport!
Pros:

We booked because we needed an airport shuttle and the service did not disappoint. Quick and easy! The dinner was very tasty.

Cons:

We would have loved to hear some live traditional music in the pub. Even a solo performer would have been nice.

Great but the shuttle was a let down
Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

I stayed at the Metro Hotel Dublin Airport and overall everything was great. However, be aware that the shuttle bus only operates from 4am. While this is mentioned in the fine print, it’s easy to miss.

I would recommend that the hotel make this clearer in the “About this property” section, as the shuttle service was a key reason I chose to book this hotel.

Great for an airport stay over
Pros:

even tho it is not on the airport property, the shuttle bus runs frequently and is efficient. The hotel staff are most welcoming and friendly, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable, the restaurant has good food .

Le standing de l'hôtel, la grandeur des chambres, et leur propreté, la vue / hauteur, la proximité en navette (gratuite) de l'aéroport (environ 8 min), la literie très confortable

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue (au centre d'un carrefour très fréquenté) malgré le double vitrage, le tarif trop élevé pour le service rendu (une chambre avec 2 pièces dont 1 avec lit superposé, alors que j'avais précisé lors de la réservation que j'avais besoin uniquement d'un lit bébé pour mon enfant d'1 an, lit bébé qui n'était pas présent en chambre)

Pros:

Staff are excellent. Airport shuttle is a great service. Room is very comfortable.

Cons:

If I had known there was construction going on in the hallways I wouldn't have booked it - the rates are costly for 1 night so I would have liked some quiet in the morning after 24 hours of flying. I have no issues with the hotel or it's amenities as I've stayed there before, but be aware that currently you won't get a peaceful morning's rest.

Great place before or after a flight. Great Breakfast
Pros:

Free shuttle to airport, great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff, apartment like room

Cons:

Not really didn’t like but room is like an apartment, so had three rooms each with separate doors so kind of unusual layout

Ok for over night stop if you are flying out the next day
Pros:

The space was nice, grocery store across the street, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The restaraunt gave us bar menus instead of the dinner menu, sat us at a weird table in the hot Sun instead of the restaurant even though I called ahead for dinner and the place was practically empty. I would go out at night alone in that area.
