Wont be staying there again its in pretty bad shape

The Location

Cons:

It was very dirty in our room, many stains on walls floors etc. the stairs next to our room were closed so we had to walk unnecessarily to the other side and back to that side of the building, there was trash on the hallways… its def not a clean place and unfortunately i wont be staying there again.

Pros:

We loved the view and being able to catch the trolley right out front. There was always a parking spot in the parking area. The rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable.

Cons:

We have never stayed in a pet friendly hotel and probably never will again. The room next to us had a dog that continually barked. The 3rd floor hallway Also had a faint smell of dog urine. Only problem with our room was the bathroom was very little.

I would stay at Rivers Inn again
Pros:

I love the friendly staff. The location on the river. The ability to watch people ride the moonshine mountain coaster across the street. And the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

River end is an old er hotel and it's starting to show its age.

Worst stay of my life. Brought up multiple issues to staff and no one really seemed to care.
Pros:

Only thing I liked was leaving.

Cons:

When we checked into our first room we found a blood stain on the mattress. They also turn the AC off when people aren’t staying and the room was at 80 degrees. After we told them about the blood stain they moved us rooms. Our next room smelled so bad of marijuana and had bugs. After that we left this place and will never be back. Don’t waste your money here.

Pros:

Nice location st the end of the strip. Trolley stop right out front. Room was nice overlooking the river . We loved it there. The staff were all great too.

Pros:

The location on the river and its proximity to all the attractions was great.

Cons:

The room was really in need of upgrades. The bathroom is less than ideal. The cleaning staff only brought new towels. The beds were never made and the sheets were never changed. The tv was less than desirable. The hot tub was out of order, so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

The property is outdated (especially the showers), the air conditioner didn’t really cool the room, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great.

Cons:

Noticed the AC was turned up in room upon arrival. After first day , maid came to clean and turned off AC and strange smell was in room. Not sure what happened but when we turned AC back on -smell wasn’t as bad?
Also balcony and walkways were very dirty and could use a power wash.
