Wonderful

Clean and convenient to town. Loved that the trolley stop was at the hotel! Beautiful river views! Breakfast was very good!

We liked the private balcony overlooking the river

The staff was very helpful & friendly . The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The carpets are very stained & dirty throughout the facility & need cleaned & the concrete walkways all need repainted. This would greatly enhance the facility.

Great 1 night stop over.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Nice area overlooking the river with nice lighting and seating.

I like the balcony looking over the river!

Cons:

The shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower were clogged. The beds were uncomfortable and we couldn't get any extra pillows. It got hot in the night because when we closed the curtains the ac would blow up into the curtains and not in the room. Oh, and I got sick after eating breakfast there! I didn't eat there anymore after that!

Pros:

The river view is gorgeous and the walk downtown to the strip is great, such a short distance . Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant, rooms are nice.

Cons:

There wasnt a coffee pot in the room. The little one cup isn't enough. Get coffee pots or have at request. Also they need snack machines or snacks at front conter to purchase. Also hot tub wasn't working. Made me sad.

The location was great

Cons:

The hotel was very dirty compared to the last time I came. More spiders on the balcony than I can count. Both the shower and the sink would not drain. I’m usually not picky but this place needs some love:(

Loved the view of the river and the mountain that changea colors bc of the mountain roller-coaster.

Cons:

The parking is terrible! I ended up scratching my vehicle trying to park in the tiny garage in between these huge concrete pillars. The parking spots are extremely tiny. I drive a van and now its got huge scratches on the side. The staff was not rude but not exactly friendly either. The breakfast was disappointing and the price was too high.
