I had an excellent business stay at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. The hotel's central location near Connaught Place made it convenient for business meetings and travel across the city. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay.

From the moment I arrived, Muskan was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to every detail. She welcomed guests with a warm smile and ensured that everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit. Her knowledge of the lounge services, prompt assistance, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

Woomen staf was unplesen specjali lady at the desk and one lady at the brekfast they sid that they wil send us welkome drinks and newer did wen we tell them and tel them about it they didnt do anythink about it

I travelled to India solo.
The hotel is in a fantastic location being near CP and two metro stations. I could always get an uber quickly as the traffic isn’t too crazy here. It was easy to get to all the major sites.
The room was excellent and I was upgraded to a suite. For the quality of room it was fantastic value for money.
The pool area is really nice but weirdly you can’t get an alcoholic drink there. For a holiday maker this is really weird.
The restaurants and bar were of higher quality and reasonably priced. As a solo traveller I found myself to be a little ignored - it was like they didn’t know what to do with me :-). I gave feedback and the hotel took this seriously - thank you.

Everything is remarkable and beautiful designed.
I appreciated a lot the beautiful Spa which is included and the nice pool.
Also the breakfast offer so may different possibilities to eat from different regions that you do not have to eat anymore afterwards.
The dinner there is very expensive in my opinion, even when you order just 1 pcs. To your room.
