I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Some of my valuable items went missing from the room, and despite informing the hotel staff and management immediately, the issue was not resolved properly.

I expected much better responsibility and support from a hotel of this standard, especially when it comes to guest safety and belongings. The response from the team felt unsatisfactory and unhelpful, and I did not receive any clear resolution or update.

This experience has made me lose trust in the property, and I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope the hotel improves its security and takes guest concerns more seriously in the future.

Had a Successful Corporate Event

Had and Summit on 29 May 2026 for approx 200 delegates, The Hall ambiance was Very beautiful, the banquet operations Staff was Friendly, responsive, flexible with requests. The Food was Amazing. Special thanks to Nitin Sajwan how helped till laste date in accomodate our requests. Special thanks to the operations team (Anup, Naveen and Praveen) without their support the event would have not been successful.
