בסה״כ נהנינו מהשהיה אבל בהתחשב במחיר הגבוה ששילמנו ציפינו ליותר.

התוספת עלות עבור הלאונג והסידור של ארוחת ערב עם משקאות אלכוהוליים היה סידור טוב ומספק .

בקומה שלנו במסדרון וגם בחדר היה ריח של עובש שנפתר חלקית רק לאחר שהביאו לנו מכשיר לפילטר אוויר והמנקה היה מפזר מדי פעם עם מטהר אוויר ריח טוב .
ובנוסף - בספא בחלק של הנשים הג׳קוזי לא היה מחומם דיו,הסאונה הרטובה ובריכת המים הקרים היו מקולקלים ולא פעלו במרבית הזמן שבו שהיתי במלון ולכן לא הספקתי להנות מהם אלא ביום האחרון לשהותי…

Oasis de wellness en el centro de Delhi
Pros:

Increíbles instalaciones. El mejor gimnasio de hotel en el que he estado, y siempre procuramos ir a hoteles con gimnasio, aunque sería deseable que algunos servicios más de wellness, donde no se requiere personal, estuviesen incluidos en el precio, como la sala de recovery.
La piscina impecablemente limpia. Todo resulta muy bonito y lujoso.
Los restaurantes ofrecen comida deliciosa a un precio razonable para la categoría del hotel, aunque resulten elevados para la zona.

Cons:

Se echa en falta una zona comunitaria de piscinas del spa, para que hombres y mujeres puedan hacer uso del hammam juntos. Fui con mi marido y no hice uso de esas instalaciones porque para ello tenía que ir sola.
Las habitaciones a veces huelen a humedad al entrar en ellas. Deberían instalar deshumidificadores para que eso no ocurra y desodorizar las moquetas de las habitaciones. Así, la habitación olería siempre limpia, tal y como el resto del alojamiento.
Sería deseable que algunos servicios más de wellness, donde no se requiere personal, estuviesen incluidos en el precio, como la sala de recovery.
En cuanto a la alimentación, deberían incluir, siendo un hotel de esta categoría, entre las opciones del desayuno o café, leche sin lactosa. Uno de los días ni siquiera les quedaba bebida de almendra o de avena.
