We stayed for 4 days the staff and accommodation was perfect for our needs.
Pros:

The dinners were big with a decent menu plus a specials board. The breakfast was very good the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Room was tidy always kept clean.

Cons:

We are quite easy to please but would say if things were not right. We found the Swan to be very good and offered everything we were looking for.

A good place for a short stay.
Pros:

The room we had was quite small but there are other options, it was well equipped and very clean. The breakfast choice was good and the breakfasts were excellent. Staff are all friendly and helpful and you can take dinner at The Swan which is very useful.

Comfy one night stay near Beccles.
Pros:

Well appointed, comfy bed, outlook on pub garden, easy to find, big car park, fan present, tea and coffee good.

Cons:

So many cushions in the room, know that it is expected by booking agencies but think it is daft. One bedside lamp not working. Expensive for one person but limited choice in the area.

Pros:

We were warmly welcomed and taken straight to our room, which was very comfortable and relaxing. The decor, facilities and thoughtfulness of the owners and staff towards all areas made for a very enjoyable stay. The location is easy to reach and find, has plenty of parking space and sits in one of the nicest areas for rural surroundings whilst still being only a short drive to town, Broads or seaside.

Really nice, comfortable motel with generous meals
