Spotless
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and the room was absolutely spotless.
There was lots of parking.

Cons:

The door was tricky to open. When we turned the key, nothing happened but it was okay after we gave it a wriggle.

We got in late... the room was warm and welcoming... very clean.

Talk about value for money in the room.

Then came breakfast !!! Full English with scrambled eggs. ... extra coffee and juice.. came to less than £30 for 3 people.

It was delicious, eveey aspect... bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, mushrooms etc. Cooked to perfection... seriously good value for money.

Every member of staff was polite, engaging, friendly and helpful.

Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfy room. Quiet, peaceful location. Good bar and restaurant. (Large portions!)

Bathroom was a bit ‘snug’ but everything functioned as it should and was well stocked and clean.

For what we paid it was all good & in the heat the fan helped. A few tweaks needed though.
Pros:

Location was good (15 mins walk to Beccles).
We didn’t eat here, however coffee in the morning was good & lady staff member who prepared our coffee excellent.

Cons:

Few hairs on the bathroom window cill which weren’t ours. Toilet seat moved when you sat on it. It was faded & really needs replacing. Shower very poor (I’d have struggled to wash my hair if needed). Low water pressure I suspect? Also the pipes were extremely noisy during use.
