Pros:

Wir haben uns ein wenig von den Bildern täuschen lassen. Ich habe mich auf den Liegestuhl gefreut. Aber: Es ist ein Stadthotel und es gibt keinen Aussenbereich. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich klein aber ok.
Anscheinend gibt es noch andere Gebäude und Locations (siehe einen Grossteil der Bilder) die aber mit dem Stadthotel nichts zu tun haben.
Wie gesagt alles ok. Tolles Frühstück und kostenloser Parkservice.

È stata veramente un'esperienza unica avendo anche potuto cenare presso il ristorante dell'hotel.
Chef Candiano, oltre ad averci condotto attraverso un viaggio sensoriale pazzresco con i suoi piatti, è stato dolcissimo con la nostra bimba di 4 anni, invitandola in cucina e regalandole della cioccolata.
Ci siamo sentiti speciali e coccolati.
Lo staff di Chef Candiano, sia dell'hotel vhe del ristorante, rispecchia appieno l'eccellenza.
Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare!

A unique accommodation experience being.
Pros:

The location was excellent for exploring Ragusa Ibla but very quiet at night. Breakfast in the separate area to our accommodation was conveniently close. Breakfast provided everything we needed. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Linda ensured our stay was perfect in every way, down to restaurant recommendations. Our room 8 was a unique accommodation experience being a cave.

Cons:

The moisture in the air in the bathroom area caused things to become damp even with the humidifier.

La posizione e la colazione

Abbiamo pagato per una suite che era in una grotta completamente umida e con forte e persistente puzza di muffa, con un umidificatore rumorosissimo che hanno consigliato di non spegnere neppure di notte a causa della forte umidità. Le lenzuola del letto erano molto umide. Ottenuto il cambio di camera stante la insalubrità della suite, siamo stati spostati in una camera di livello inferiore srnza alcun rimborso. Sconsigliatissimo.

La stanza andava bene

Cons:

L.hotel e' diffuso , per andare in stanza dalla reception bisogna camminare per strada e lo stesso per andare a fare colazione.
Mi e' stato prenotato il ristorante drlla loro proprieta' che si e' rivelato essere lontano e da raggiungere a piedi visto che la macchina non si poteva prendere
