Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Seattle—everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A special shoutout to CJ from valet, who went above and beyond to help us out. Truly exceptional service that made our visit even better!

Best hotel in Seattle in my opinion! The staff are wonderful (shoutout Eddie and Mario), and I love the calm luxury of all the hotel decor. The beds are so comfy (if you like a soft bed), and I truly appreciate how every room has a shower and bath. It also goes a long way to have access to healthy and nourishing food day and night at Drift (haven't tried La Loba yet), as it can be tough to eat well while traveling.

The location is in a very clean and safe part of downtown, and is right between the harbor/Pike Place and Lake Union. So you can easily walk to Pike Place, or you can walk over and go paddle boarding on Lake Union.

Restaurants and bar were great. Loved the live plant theme!

This is truly a luxury, service oriented, and wonderfully comfortable hotel. Everything about our experience was top notch. You really get what you pay for and the environment and service is unmatched. If you dine in the Drift restaurant, ask for Eddie! He’s one of the nicest and attentive service team members. Although ALL team members here are exceptional and bring such positive energy and life to the space! Will stay again.

Having driven around British Caledonia for a month we stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK.
What a fabulous experience. From check in to being shown our room, everything was effortless and so wonderfully styled. Such a change from the awful 5* Hotel recommended at the start of our trip.
Dinner was excellent.
I don’t plan to return to Seattle… but if I did I would definitely stay here.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding from the property, to the room, especially the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Loved the special environment, especial how it was designed and decorated. Would highly recommend the 1 Hotel to everyone.

The Room:

The room was pristine, impeccable and there was no noise issue.

The furniture and caprets in the room epitomize natural craftmanship with their perfectly worked woods and pleasant textures.

The lights are dimmable so the lighting can be adjusted to match your personal preference

The in-room filtered drinking water dispenser was so convenient. This is such a great idea!

The Food:

The meals from Drift were so delicious!

There is a mini-bar with snacks and beverages in the room.

There is also a huge Whole Food Market store located right next to the hotel

Service:

In-room dining orders are seamless through the 1 Hotel app and are available for essentially the whole day (6 am to 10 pm at the time); the service was prompt and professional.

Amazing valet staff who will greet you and open the door for you when you leave and return.

Overall, my stay was fantastic; truly a one-of-a-kind experience! I would be delighted to return and stay here again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at 1 Hotel Seattle, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made the experience unforgettable—especially Monica and Susan, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly set the tone for the entire visit.

The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The truffle fries are to die for. Breakfast was exceptionally. fresh berries, eggs to order, and the delicious roasted potatoes.

Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities here, which made it so easy to fully relax and unwind.

Speaking of relaxing—the entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, serene, and restorative. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle of the city while still being right in the heart of everything.

I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next stay. Truly a standout experience.

Eddie was our REMARKABLE server every morning at breakfast and provided exceptional customer service! He made our large extended family feel welcome each morning. He was also super helpful with our one year old to make sure we had everything needed for a great meal for us all.
