Location, good value, spacious rooms.

Cons:

In room facilities lacking this time. (Cream from bottle empty, no toilet paper) Happy hour cocktails limited due to unavailability of ingredients. Finally, finding a pair of socks behind the cussing on the couch was not good either.

Pros:

Great central location in the city to explore. Room size is generous, perfect post shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

On the Saturday night, we could hear loud conversations and loud pedestrian noise which for light sleepers may need ear plugs.

Excellent facilities. Clean and great location Near to all things but not right in the middle of it.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location. Quiet. Clean. I got upgraded to an apartment suite which was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

The vent/fan in the room was right on top of my bed and very loud. Issue fixed straight away as soon as it was raised with reception. But you need to do this early in the day and as I checked in late maintenance was not able to get to it until the next morning. Not a huge issue but get on to maintenance things straight away to avoid an uncomfortable night.

Pros:

The staff were awesome. Friendly and able to resolve our issues.

Cons:

The 2nd part of our stay, the room allocated was dusty and some stuffs were not working. However, the duty manager apologised and gave us chocolates as an apology

Perfect!
Pros:

Got great news when we arrived that our room had been upgraded. Generously sized apartment with large windows allowing lots of light. Big comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower and bathtub.
